"Decodo’s Reliable, Reasonably Priced Dedicated ISP Proxies with Flexible Small Orders"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I use decodo for their dedicated ISP. I like them cause they're reasonably priced and reliable. Haven't had issues with them thus far. Additionally, if you're part of a small team or on your own, decodo allows you to buy a small amount of proxies instead of large bulk orders like other providers so you can really tailor the service to whatever you're doing. What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

1 - when you cancel a plan, you cant reactivate it. i wish there was an option to do so.

2 - signing in with google sometimes takes 2 or 3 tries for some reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Proxies, Easy to use and Super Responsive Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Really easy to use through the web browser extension, it was also really easy to integrate into my proxy cleaner script with Decodo API

Cheapest proxy on the market for this quality, I never had any bug while working with the proxy

And the support is really reactive, I still had a bit of credit left when my credit was about to expire/renew and they added me another week for free! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Rotating residential proxy only have monthly plan, so the proxy expire at the renewing. I would love to get a bigger plan that I could've used for a longer time without worying about it expiring Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Aside from their top-notch support that actually gets the job done and not create lengthy tickets, the services are great.

They offer a free trial which is really good and they are very flexible and also the refund policies and TOS is clear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

They offer many services with several customizations and sometimes it gets hard for me to navigate but I think this is not a big deal as those customization are very saught after even if it's a bit intimidating to setup at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo: flexible plans, intuitive interface, and quick setup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

What we like most about Decodo is that it offers affordable and flexible plans, with a very good quality-price ratio for our use case.

The interface is intuitive and easy to handle, even for users with little previous experience with this type of tool. Additionally, the integration was quick and simple, which allowed us to start working with the service almost immediately and with a minimal learning curve.

Although we have not yet tested the more advanced features, the experience so far has been positive. In particular, we value the ease of configuration, the stability of the service, and its competitive cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

For some more complex use cases, we have had to resort to another service provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo: Easy Setup, Beginner-Friendly Dashboard, and Impressive Proxy Performance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

My experience with Decodo has been excellent so far. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and genuinely beginner-friendly. Setup was smooth, the dashboard feels clean and intuitive, and the proxy performance has been impressive. The advanced request features and built-in tools also make large-scale scraping and automation much easier to manage. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed it. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for a dependable proxy and scraping solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The only thing I found missing is in the batch processing method. Right now, batch processing pushes each task response individually to the specified endpoint. Instead, it should send a single batch-level completion response and acknowledgement to one endpoint, confirming that all tasks in the batch have been completed. Later the user can fetch the response of each task seperatly. Also the passthrough feature of single task processing is not supported or working in the batch processing. "Decodo: Best-in-Class Proxy Coverage, Stable Connections, and a Great AI Assistant"
5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Decodo offers the best proxy geographical coverage for my money (over 195 locations). The AI assistant makes it easy to set up my proxies, integrate them into my workflow, and get effective support 24/7. The UI is as good as it gets, and my connections stay stable without interruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

This is not a beginner’s solution. You need at least some technical understanding because it’s a powerful platform with a lot of options. If you’ve never used a tool like this before, it may take a few minutes to find your way around, but with the AI assistant, the onboarding process can be completed without any problems. It is not a cheap tools, but I find it to has the best ROI in its class Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Decodo: Excellent proxy variety and UI, but blacklist handling and rotation need improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I like that Decodo offers a wide variety of proxy options, all accessible from a single platform. The UI is seamless and lets me view my options and usage across every proxy type, along with my remaining balance. Integration is smooth thanks to well-defined, detailed documentation, and pricing is competitive as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

Sometimes your proxies, even at the residential level, are blacklisted and cause problems when used to scrape specific sources. Identifying and switching problematic proxies is not very well implemented, and I cannot seamlessly discard or shuffle proxies without also requiring code-level changes. Doing this outside the plan cycle is an even bigger hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable Decodo Proxies, Clean Dashboard, and Fast Live Chat Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

I’ve been using Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) for about a month on the 3 IP Dedicated ISP plan, mainly for running ad account profiles and managing social media. So far, performance has been stable, and the proxies keep a consistent connection without major issues or frequent blocks.

The dashboard is clean and user-friendly, which made the initial setup straightforward even without much technical effort. I was able to integrate the proxies into my workflow smoothly and didn’t run into any compatibility problems.

Support is another highlight. I reached out via live chat to request an IP replacement, and it was handled within 3–5 minutes, which says a lot about how responsive and helpful they are.

Pricing also feels reasonable for dedicated ISP residential IPs. I’m on the 3 IP plan at $9.99/month, and given the stability and overall performance, it’s been good value for regular use.

I haven’t tried any AI-related features yet, so I can’t speak to that. That said, I do think the beginner documentation could be a bit more detailed for new users.

Overall, my experience has been positive. If you need stable ISP proxies for ongoing use—like ads or social media management—this has been a reliable option so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

One area that could be improved is the beginner documentation. For new users, a few of the setup steps would benefit from being explained in more detail, so it’s easier to get started without guessing. The pricing structure could also be clearer upfront, especially when trying to understand the different plans and their limits. Aside from those points, I haven’t run into any major issues so far. "Fast and Stable Platform with Some Communication Delays"
4/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The technical infrastructure and overall speed feel consistently stable. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, which makes the platform straightforward to navigate and use. Overall, it delivers what it promises on the technical side, without any major hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The customer support and onboarding experience has been really disappointing. I’ve run into major delays when trying to get issues resolved, and communication often feels slow and drawn out. Even more frustrating, we requested a specific feature that was critical to our workflow, but it took an incredibly long time to actually get it implemented. That delay led to unnecessary downtime and ended up wasting a lot of our time. Overall, the support team needs to be much faster and more proactive, because the slow response times definitely push you away from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Access to Global Proxies on One Platform"
4/5
What do you like best about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The easier access to proxies from different countries on a single platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy)?

The proxies packaging system, if you are able to downgrade your plan with chosen proxies, it would be perfect but right now it just gives the first 3 or first 10 proxies. Haven't had any problems with the performance except some days of it being offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
