Late and inaccurate! They use an offshore team so if you need something quickly updated or investigated there is at least a 1 day turnaround. Poor communication lead to late delivery often. Lots of inaccuracies that required back and forth even for regular transactions. We never received the full services for what we were charged, or the quality of service promised. Had to reach out and escalate to the CEO/COO more than once to get them to take their client issues seriously. Only once did they actually step in and help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In one word, Decimal is TERRIBLE. They were all too happy to collect monthly fees but when it came to providing the basic accounting services they promised the work was either not done or seemingly done by a team with absolutely no accounting knowledge. They would miss invoice runs, and make up cash deposits to keep receivables up to date. You read that correctly, they would make up fake cash deposits and then mark invoices as paid. When confronted about this, their support team said this was concerning and they would look into addressing these "quality issues", but they also felt they had done some accounting work and had "substantially provided services" so they were entitled to their monthly fee. Yes, they wanted to collect a fee for the work it took them to make phony transactions in our accounting systems. It has taken months and thousands of dollars to repair the damage Decimal did to our books. The list of critical accounting errors they made is too long to include here.
