"Simple, Powerful Tools for Prospecting and Easy to Immediately Implement"
What do you like best about DealNav?

The best part, for me, is the simplicity and the fact that it doesn’t come with 100 different frills and extra tools. Rather than forcing a long learning curve, the platform offers a handful of powerful, straightforward tools that actually make sense for what we do with prospecting and our databases as commercial practitioners. Because of that, we can implement them immediately and with ease. Even without so many different tools, I have found ways to customize my usage and keep things organized. The guys are super helpful and responsive as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealNav?

I've yet to find any dislikes. I made it a big part of my workflow and it's so good I actually lose sleep wondering what I would do if DealNav ever disappeared. I can't get enough of this platform and it's changed the way I prospect and keep track of people and properties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DealNav is Simple, Intuitive, and Keeps Our Team On-Track"
What do you like best about DealNav?

It’s simple, intuitive, and not overbuilt. Customer support is responsive and easy to work with. Our team uses it every day, and it helps keep everyone accountable and up to speed on the deals we’re working on. I also really like the Map function, which makes it easy to see where all of our deals are located and makes showing our market/pipeline much more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealNav?

I don’t have any real complaints. The task tracking could maybe be a bit more in-depth, but since we use another platform for task tracking anyway, it works quite well for managing deals and leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"DealNav: A No-Nonsense, Game-Changing CRM for Real Estate Deal Tracking"
What do you like best about DealNav?

DealNav has been a game-changer for my real estate acquisitions and brokerage work, offering a straightforward CRM and deal management tool with a user-friendly interface and integrated interactive map that makes visualizing deals and contacts effortless. It's easy to set up and use, an important tool we use daily, and customer service is impeccable.

What I love most is the ability to search, filter, prioritize, and assign personalized text and email reminders to keep track of essential deals and milestones, all while discovering trends as I add properties to the map for more efficient market tours. It's mobile-friendly so that I can access it on any device from anywhere, and the instant search across the entire database helps me find exactly what I need quickly, with options to customize lists and export to Excel for further analysis.

Overall, DealNav's no-nonsense approach to advanced deal tracking and data ownership without any unnecessary fluff earns it 5 stars from me. If you're a real estate pro tired of complicated systems, this custom-built tool, built by someone in the trenches, is perfect for managing your pipeline and staying on top of opportunities without the hassle. What do you dislike about DealNav?

This isn't really a DealNav issue, per se, because it's not intended for leasing (i.e., attaching multiple properties a lead is interested in doesn't make sense given the system's structure). That said, it's possible with some workarounds, but again, not really DealNav's fault, and I'm only mentioning since I'm explicitly being asked for something I dislike. "DealNav Keeps Property Data Organized with a Super-Helpful Map"
What do you like best about DealNav?

I like that I can use DealNav to store any and all data and insight about a property and go back to it later to review. It also ties into a map, which is extremely helpful. When looking at so many deals every week, it can be hard to remember each one, but sometimes a deal comes back around 6 months later and I need to quickly see and jog my memory about it, which is where the map is extremely useful. It also stores broker contacts and data, which is helpful when wanting to contact someone about a potential opportunity. I also like that you can categorize the property by importance and my current step in the process of making the deal, so I can easily track where I am on certain opportunities and stay on top of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealNav?

The only thing I really wish that DealNav did was have basic property info already stored in the map. For example, when I click on a parcel on the map, I wish it would show the address, owner entity, acre size, etc. Then it'd be my job to learn more about the property and dive deeper, but I would already have the basic info that sometimes takes longer to get. "Straightforward, Intuitive Platform That Makes Pipeline Tracking Efficient"
What do you like best about DealNav?

The platform is straightforward and cuts out the clutter. It makes tracking our pipeline from initial look to funding incredibly efficient. The interface is highly intuitive, which meant a very fast ramp-up time and great ease of implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealNav?

There is very little to complain about. If I had to pick something, I'd say I wouldn't mind slightly more customization in the reporting exports for highly complex capital stacks, but the core functionality is rock solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Deal NAV’s Map-Based, Centralized Platform Keeps Our Deal Data Organized"
What do you like best about DealNav?

I like that Deal NAV is map-based. I also like that it’s centralized, so my entire team can access it easily. The way it organizes opportunity and deal data is very helpful, especially with contacts, notes, reminders, and other related details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DealNav?

I only dislikes are lack of or limited functionality in certain cases. I’m sure this will expand overtime. for instance it would be helpful to be able to share links to deals with team members easily. Also, it would be helpful to have more types of contact set up that tied to a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
