## DealNav Reviews
  ### 1. Simple, Powerful Tools for Prospecting and Easy to Immediately Implement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

The best part, for me, is the simplicity and the fact that it doesn’t come with 100 different frills and extra tools. Rather than forcing a long learning curve, the platform offers a handful of powerful, straightforward tools that actually make sense for what we do with prospecting and our databases as commercial practitioners. Because of that, we can implement them immediately and with ease. Even without so many different tools, I have found ways to customize my usage and keep things organized. The guys are super helpful and responsive as well!

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

I've yet to find any dislikes. I made it a big part of my workflow and it's so good I actually lose sleep wondering what I would do if DealNav ever disappeared. I can't get enough of this platform and it's changed the way I prospect and keep track of people and properties.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve gotten rid of the useless distractions from other platforms, and now I can concentrate on exactly what I want to focus on: people and properties, along with any extra documents, marketing materials, or other content I keep in a Google Drive link, etc. The way I’m rebuilding my database and prospecting makes it possible to have everything in my hand and on the go at any given time. As I continue inputting data on properties, I’ll know exactly what their history and use have been, not just who owns them, etc. When I’m working with buyers and tenants, I already have a clear idea of what’s available on or off the market and which properties might have realistic potential. This has all been within the last couple months. Integrating it into my workflow was easy and immediate.

  ### 2. DealNav is Simple, Intuitive, and Keeps Our Team On-Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carson C. | Acquisitions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

It’s simple, intuitive, and not overbuilt. Customer support is responsive and easy to work with. Our team uses it every day, and it helps keep everyone accountable and up to speed on the deals we’re working on. I also really like the Map function, which makes it easy to see where all of our deals are located and makes showing our market/pipeline much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

I don’t have any real complaints. The task tracking could maybe be a bit more in-depth, but since we use another platform for task tracking anyway, it works quite well for managing deals and leads.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealNav is helping us track leads, follow up with contacts, and show us where we are focusing geographically.

  ### 3. DealNav: A No-Nonsense, Game-Changing CRM for Real Estate Deal Tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Macgregor B. | Managing Principal, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

DealNav has been a game-changer for my real estate acquisitions and brokerage work, offering a straightforward CRM and deal management tool with a user-friendly interface and integrated interactive map that makes visualizing deals and contacts effortless. It's easy to set up and use, an important tool we use daily, and customer service is impeccable.

What I love most is the ability to search, filter, prioritize, and assign personalized text and email reminders to keep track of essential deals and milestones, all while discovering trends as I add properties to the map for more efficient market tours. It's mobile-friendly so that I can access it on any device from anywhere, and the instant search across the entire database helps me find exactly what I need quickly, with options to customize lists and export to Excel for further analysis.

Overall, DealNav's no-nonsense approach to advanced deal tracking and data ownership without any unnecessary fluff earns it 5 stars from me. If you're a real estate pro tired of complicated systems, this custom-built tool, built by someone in the trenches, is perfect for managing your pipeline and staying on top of opportunities without the hassle.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

This isn't really a DealNav issue, per se, because it's not intended for leasing (i.e., attaching multiple properties a lead is interested in doesn't make sense given the system's structure). That said, it's possible with some workarounds, but again, not really DealNav's fault, and I'm only mentioning since I'm explicitly being asked for something I dislike.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealNav solves inefficient deal and contact tracking and disorganized data by offering a user-friendly CRM with searchable databases, interactive maps for visualization, and automated text/email reminders for follow-ups and milestones. This benefits me by saving hours on admin tasks, streamlining my acquisitions and brokerage workflows, and enhancing decision-making through efficient market outreach.

  ### 4. DealNav Keeps Property Data Organized with a Super-Helpful Map

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

I like that I can use DealNav to store any and all data and insight about a property and go back to it later to review. It also ties into a map, which is extremely helpful. When looking at so many deals every week, it can be hard to remember each one, but sometimes a deal comes back around 6 months later and I need to quickly see and jog my memory about it, which is where the map is extremely useful. It also stores broker contacts and data, which is helpful when wanting to contact someone about a potential opportunity. I also like that you can categorize the property by importance and my current step in the process of making the deal, so I can easily track where I am on certain opportunities and stay on top of everything.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

The only thing I really wish that DealNav did was have basic property info already stored in the map. For example, when I click on a parcel on the map, I wish it would show the address, owner entity, acre size, etc. Then it'd be my job to learn more about the property and dive deeper, but I would already have the basic info that sometimes takes longer to get.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealNav is solving a time constraint for us. We are only a team of two on the development side, so don't have time to go and build out a platform to track our deals. It allows us to quickly record information about a property that we can later use to help us win or close a deal.

  ### 5. Straightforward, Intuitive Platform That Makes Pipeline Tracking Efficient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

The platform is straightforward and cuts out the clutter. It makes tracking our pipeline from initial look to funding incredibly efficient. The interface is highly intuitive, which meant a very fast ramp-up time and great ease of implementation.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

There is very little to complain about. If I had to pick something, I'd say I wouldn't mind slightly more customization in the reporting exports for highly complex capital stacks, but the core functionality is rock solid.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps complex originations and active deals organized. DealNav eliminates the friction of digging through endless email threads and disjointed spreadsheets. The main benefit is time saved—it frees me up to actually underwrite, execute, and focus on moving the business forward.

  ### 6. Deal NAV’s Map-Based, Centralized Platform Keeps Our Deal Data Organized

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

I like that Deal NAV is map-based. I also like that it’s centralized, so my entire team can access it easily. The way it organizes opportunity and deal data is very helpful, especially with contacts, notes, reminders, and other related details.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

I only dislikes are lack of or limited functionality in certain cases. I’m sure this will expand overtime. for instance it would be helpful to be able to share links to deals with team members easily. Also, it would be helpful to have more types of contact set up that tied to a project.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a central database for all opportunities that we’re tracking so our whole team can see all opportunities versus data being silo in people’s email and computers

  ### 7. DealNav Keeps My CRE Deals Organized—Easy Setup, Built-In Map, Amazing Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

It is an easy to use product to keep all my CRE deals and leads organized, with a built in map interface. Easy to set up, was able to import my contacts and deals in mere minutes. When I had some minor issues (my own doing) the support team was amazing, responding quickly. I use DealNav every single day, and it flawlessly integrates with my workflows.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

Since it is a newer product, there are some features I would like to see, but they are currently being worked on and rolled out.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealNav keeps me organized and allows me to follow up on deals I am chasing. Saves me time and energy by having all my notes and contacts consolidated in one place.

  ### 8. Simple, Organized, and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omar M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

Simple and organized. It does a great job of taking all the deals I’m working on and presenting them in a clean, effective way that’s easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

It would be great if it could integrate with more tools, as that would make it easier to fit into my existing workflow.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealNav takes all of the commercial real estate deals I am pursuing and helps me stay on top of them, so that I can accomplish my goal of buying more properties.

  ### 9. Happy new DealNav customer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chase M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

Recently onboarded to DealNav and so far it seems like an excellent solution for contact and lead management. It doesn’t have any fluff, just exactly what I need. I especially like the map feature to help visualize where my contacts are.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

So far there are no complaints. If I could pick one additional feature it would be API to other software like PandaDoc for easy offers

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall contact and lead management. Benefits being all in one place with easy next actions.

  ### 10. Simple and intuitive tool for deal sourcing that actually works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

The interconnectivity between deals, notes, contacts, and geolocations.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

I cannot integrate it with other outside apps like Outlook or OneDrive.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In over 10 years of real estate acquisitions and development I had never encountered a tool that could easily track, store, archive, and organize potential acquisition opportunities. DealNav solves that in a lean, streamlined, easy to use interface that actually provides the features that a real estate acquisitions person would need when originating and sourcing new business. It is not weighted down with unnecessary features or complicated functionality. It just works. It's intuitive and easy to find everything you need, no matter how many deals you're tracking.

  ### 11. Custom CRM Contact Tags Make Mailing Lists a Breeze

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor M. | Associate, Capital Markets, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

My favorite part was the ability to create custom tags for contacts within my CRM. This made it extremely easy to sort through contacts for customized mailing lists. Plus it is straightforward, whereas most CRM's I've used in the past were overly complicated with loads of features I'd never use. Above all, the customer support was consistently attentive and open to feedback. It is overwhelmingly apparent they are dead set on evolving the product beyond perfection!

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

I dislike how much I love it, and how often I keep talking about it.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealNav makes logging contacts and markets extremely intuitive and efficient. Phenomenal for saving time and easily tracking contacts and pipeline.

  ### 12. Best CRM Deal Tracker Out There

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary S. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

DealNav is the best CRM I have used in my career as a broker, acquisitions/development guy, site selector, etc. I love that it is property focused with great use of maps and property specific features, when most CRMs are contact focused. I have recommended this already to other CRE professionals including, brokers, asset managers, development/acquisition people, and even large tenants. There is not a better app for prospecting.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

I wish the symbols could differentiate use (land, retail, multi-family, etc.) either by color or icon when in the map.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are responsive and deal with any issues I have had directly rather than passing me off to some third party IT company.

  ### 13. Effortless Data Storage, Built for Real Estate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan G. | Founding Member/Fellow, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

The map feature is really cool and convenient. It’s also super easy to store data whether it be notes, contacts, files, etc.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

I can’t really think of anything that I dislike.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used this tool as a part of a student led real estate investment fund at UConn. It made it super easy for leads, deals, and contacts to be tracked, as well as their progress. It basically made it so anyone in the fund could easily find out answers to questions like: Has the fund already contacted this person? How many deals are we looking at? What’s the progress on X deal?

  ### 14. Clean, Detailed UI That Streamlines CRE Deal Pipeline Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norman G. | Director of Asset Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

Clean but detailed UI, map features, leads management, reminder functionality and contact/deal links. Truly combines the most valuable day-to-day tools for active CRE deal pipeline management and reporting. Easily implemented into our daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

Could have better Outlook integration; missing pricing/rents/cap rates tracker (financials in general)

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DealNav helps us track, categorize and follow up on leads, active deals and potential off-market opportunities

  ### 15. DealNav: Friendliest CRM with Unmatched Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

DealNav has been the friendliest and most helpful CRM I’ve used in my career. The customer service is outstanding, and the team’s responsiveness to feedback feels truly unmatched. It was insanely fast to get up and running, and it’s the only system I’ve genuinely been excited to use every day.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

It’s hard to single out or nitpick anything specific, because there really aren’t any true downsides. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the lack of a mobile app, but even then it’s still usable on mobile.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s completely replaced Excel for my deal and contact tracking. I can keep track of all my deal sources—both off-market and from brokers—and manage my pipeline far more efficiently.

  ### 16. Great Map Feature with Strong Visuals

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack L. | Development Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

I like the map feature, it is a great visual

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

Nothing so far. I like pretty much everything about it.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me organize all the deals my company has touched on, talked about, or have reached out to.

  ### 17. Simple to Use, Exactly What We Need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

It's very simple to use. It isn't more or less than you need.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

I don't have anything I necessarily dislike about DealNav, but I think it could be improved by making market segments for those that look for deals in multiple markets.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes deal tracking quick and easy. I was using excel before and it was very repetitive and time consuming.

  ### 18. Simple, Organized, and Functional

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

It's simple and and helps organize prospects and deals. Also love that every word entered for a deal or prospect becomes searchable.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

Not much. Wish this same thinking was applied to property management software.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us follow up with clients, organize deal flow, and prevent tasks from falling through the cracks.

  ### 19. Easy-to-Use Interface with a Truly Useful Map Feature

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DealNav?**

The user interface is easy to use, and the map feature is useful.

**What do you dislike about DealNav?**

Sometimes customization within the user interface can be a bit difficult, and you need to reach out directly to support team.

**What problems is DealNav solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great CRM for tracking outreach and deal flow.
