DealerInt Reviews & Product Details

DealerInt is the override tracking and margin recovery layer that automotive dealerships have been missing. Every DMS records transactions. Every CRM logs customer interactions. Neither captures the pricing override decisions made at the desk — who approved them, what reason was given, and exactly what they cost in gross margin. DealerInt fills that gap with a Chrome extension that installs in 24 hours, requires zero IT work, and works read-only alongside your existing CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, or Dealertrack setup. How it works: When a salesperson or manager changes a price on a deal, DealerInt captures the override silently and prompts for a structured reason code — competitive match, manager approval, loyalty discount, aging inventory, or other. The reason is logged instantly. The GM receives a real-time alert via email, SMS, or Slack. Every month, a board-ready PDF report lands in your inbox: total override impact, compliance rate by salesperson, recovered gross, and trend vs prior month. Who uses DealerInt: General Managers who want real-time visibility into every desk decision without micromanaging Dealer Principals and Group Owners who need portfolio-wide margin visibility across multiple rooftops F&I Directors tracking product discounts, GAP waivers, and warranty exceptions Controllers and CFOs who need a full audit trail for board reporting and OEM compliance Key results: Average store recovers $23,000 in gross margin in first 30 days Typical payback period under 2 weeks at $799/month per store 94% average override compliance rate after 90 days Zero IT projects required — installs on existing computers in one day What makes DealerInt different: DealerInt does not replace your DMS, CRM, or desking software. It adds the decision intelligence layer that every other tool in your stack was never built to provide. Your team keeps working exactly as before — DealerInt simply captures what happens to margin at the point of decision. Read-only. No PII stored. Works on 30+ automotive platforms.
