Dealboard Reviews & Product Details

Dealboard is the simple sales pipeline tracker for small B2B teams who have outgrown the spreadsheet but don't want a heavyweight CRM. Every deal lives on one clean Kanban board: drag it from In Discussion to Proposal Sent to Closed Won, and Dealboard keeps the history, notes, contacts, proposals and signed contracts in one place. Why teams switch to Dealboard: - Set up in minutes, not months. No admin, no consultants, no training. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can run Dealboard. - See the whole pipeline at a glance: deal value, owner, last activity and how long each deal has sat in its stage. - Reports that answer the questions leaders actually ask: weighted pipeline, This Month So Far gauges against your goals, Deals Won by month and quarter, and proposal velocity and win rate. - Log a call in seconds by typing or speaking a note; drop proposals and contracts right onto the deal. - Inbound lead inbox: website form leads land in Dealboard so you can triage, qualify and promote them to deals. - Gmail and Google Calendar sync, a Chrome extension for Gmail, Granola call notes, Slack and Zapier. - Built for AI: official connectors for ChatGPT and Claude, an MCP server, a REST API, OpenAPI spec and webhooks, so your AI assistant can answer "what's stuck?" and update deals for you. - Works beautifully on mobile. Free to start, with a Plus plan for growing teams.
