Dayboard Reviews & Product Details

Dayboard is scheduling software for field trades in Australia: civil, earthmoving, electrical, plumbing and landscaping businesses that send people and machines to sites. Jobs, crew, plant, vehicles and subcontractors are booked on one schedule with nine views, including week, month, timeline and per-person boards, and a booking that clashes with existing work, or with a machine booked in for service, is caught before it is saved. Each job carries its drawings, BYDA plans and safety documents, which the crew opens on a phone on site. Prestarts and site checklists are built once and filled in on the phone with photos, meter readings and a signature, and every submission is kept as a PDF. A fleet register tracks meters, services and registrations, and expiry reminders cover tickets, inductions and subcontractor insurances. Dayboard covers scheduling only, with no quoting or invoicing, and is priced per person per month, with every record exportable at any time.
