What do you dislike about Datto AV?

It's useless other than to say you have an AV installed. Support is terrible and half the time Datto AV doesn't install properly. When you contact support, they will blame something else and will not troubleshoot, even if escalated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Datto AV?

It just works when installed. Keeps a majority of issues from creeping in. We have it on all the devices. It is part of the software stack that gets deployed. Never had a problem with the deployments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Datto AV?

Not much in the way of what it is doing or making adjustments. Even if it doesn't have a window client side, having one on the admin side to make individual or sitewide adjustments would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding experience was top-notch, with the amazing customer support team guiding me every step of the way. Setting it up and managing it was straightforward, and whenever I had questions, the support team was quick to respond and super helpful. Adding the option to block specific websites was a breeze, thanks to the intuitive interface and clear instructions provided during onboarding. Overall, it’s been a seamless experience!
