After using Datawiz BI extensively, I find it highly user-friendly, it makes it easy to work with complex data analyses. Its implementation was pretty straightforward, so set-up was quick. Customer support is great—very responsive and helpful. I use it on a daily basis because of its comprehensive features and seamless integration into our other systems. Customizable dashboards make it very valuable in terms of insights, especially by greatly enhancing our decision-making process and operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Though generally very useful, the nature of Datawiz BI could be overwhelming to users, even some advanced features may not be easy to master without proper training. A couple of downsides are performance lags, which though rare, and a premium price paid for special features. This, on the whole, is a valuable tool despite these issues.
