Dataravn Reviews & Product Details

DataRavn is a SaaS data protection and recovery platform built by PHASES ApS for organisations that run important work through cloud applications such as Podio, e-conomic, and Microsoft 365. It gives teams a central place to connect SaaS tools, choose what data should be protected, decide where that data is stored, monitor backup activity, review history, and restore selected records when needed. DataRavn is designed for business systems where deleted records, changed fields, missing files, or broken workspace data can affect operations, finance, client work, reporting, or audit evidence. The platform supports selective backups, version history, restore logs, multi-workspace management, access control, automated scheduling, and hosted or self-hosted MySQL storage. Organisations can use Phases-hosted backup or keep data in their own environment when internal security, procurement, or data residency requirements call for it. DataRavn is especially useful for teams that have outgrown manual exports and standard SaaS history. It helps IT, operations, finance, and compliance teams keep better control over business-critical SaaS data, with encrypted storage, DPA support, audit-ready logs, and a dashboard built for day-to-day visibility.
