DataGrine Reviews & Provider Details

DataGrine is a helpdesk data migration and Intercom implementation company. We migrate companies, contacts, tickets, conversations, attachments and knowledge base articles between helpdesks such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Front and HubSpot on our own migration platform, with a written field mapping, a sample run of your own records before anything goes live, a full run while your team keeps working, and a delta run at cut-over. We also implement Intercom end to end, including Inbox and routing, Workflows and SLAs, ticket types, the Help Center and Fin AI Agent, and we audit existing Intercom workspaces.
