Quick & consistent, accessible across all platforms (for the most part)
Can't look up documents from my phone, just pics.
Doesn't integrate with other solutions we use like Follow-Up Power, Quickbooks (it does, but only in limited transaction capacity), Windows explorer (why not a windows explorer tree for project docs?)
Plan to spend the time with Dave Caves to learn what you're doing. It was confusing as hell until I spent time with him in training.
Scheduling & tracking of start dates and tying up loose ends on projects have been improved.
