I like the easy and simple to use format. It was bit tricky in the begining but now I am getting better at using it. I did not know about DataDwell before but I think it is a great tool for sharing content. One day I could not login to datadwell and I thought maybe the server was down, however when I mentioned this to my manager, he contacted them directly and it started to work again in no time. Now there are just two views (grid and list). I think some more can be integrated so there is more choice. 2. When I oen datadwell I find it bit tricky to distinguise between videos and ppt by just looking at the folder. This can be improved somehow that first glance is enough to differentiate them. It is not an issue if the folder has low number of contents. However, if there are several folders with lot of content and you see them together, then it feels bit overwhelming to differentiate videos and ppts. 3. The thumbnails for folders can be more folders like rather than showing the document as thumbnail. This could be easy on eyes. Previewing video files in browser was not always working. We have had some issues when the system has been updated and the system has been moved between servers.
