What do you like best about DAT iQ?

Easy to navigate, the most accurate and available loads no matter where I was traveling. It really was the only loadboard worth paying for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DAT iQ?

Most of the loads posted on DAT are posted multiple times (as much as 30 times for the same load), this makes it very time consuming and annoying to say the least.

DAT claims to be helping to prevent fraud but fraud continues to run rampant with many load posters stating ‘email only’ and posting gmail addresses that have nothing to do with the original brokers email address. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DAT iQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am in charge of vendor management for my company. We are a national account for DAT. Dat always replies quickly when we have questions or problems and they are working hard to solve the impersonation issues they are having. I recently had a call with them and it went very well. I have been working recently on getting our score up in the DAT DIRECTORY by getting carriers who we work with regularly to review us. It's going well. The ONLY minor complaint I have is that I made my nickname something silly and now I can't change it. I wish i could. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about DAT iQ?

The ability to go back up to 12 months on any lane and have the Rateview comparisons for those specific times makes it possible to actually compare company performance to the market. The filters for lane consistency help me a lot in identifying long term and short-term lane issues along with RFP strengths and weaknesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DAT iQ?

I would love to see a more detailed breakdown on order level. Currently I only see data for an individual lane but there is no breakdown of the orders. For example, if I have a lane that is 15% above Rateview with 10 loads, it is currently difficult to ascertain that if we are generally buying more expensive on all loads or was there a single load that is skewing the whole lane negatively. Furthermore, I would also like a feature to be able to download the past performance for more than 12 months so that I can compare if we have improved or worsened in selected markets.
