As a mostly remote team, daily communicating - also remotely - with clients, we have a bunch of folders, documents, and important information messaged via Slack channels all across the place. So a part of every day is dedicated to finding 'where is that doc' and 'where is that memo' that you urgently need. A knowledge assistant tool like Dashworks' Dash AI is of great help when you need to get a quick summary of all that dispersed information instead of eternal searching and asking people to reshare the same things again and again.
