I’m the CEO of EA commerce, an e-commerce business with a team of 15. What I value about Dashboardly is the ability to review TikTok Shop sales together with the costs that affect profitability, rather than assessing performance from revenue alone.
The most useful workflow for me is moving from an overall profit and loss view into individual products and orders. I can look at platform fees, affiliate commissions, shipping, refunds, advertising spend, and COGS when reviewing margins. That gives me a more useful basis for discussing product performance with our team.
Having inventory information alongside profitability reporting is also helpful when considering which products need closer attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting useful profit reports requires some setup and ongoing attention to cost inputs. COGS and additional expenses need to be complete, and I need to check the reporting period and data coverage before drawing conclusions.
I would appreciate more guidance on which inputs are missing or need reviewing, so it is easier to understand how complete a profitability report is. This matters when several people are involved in maintaining business data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
