Darkroom Agency Reviews & Provider Details

Darkroom is a growth marketing and advertising agency headquartered in New York, with teams in Lisbon and São Paulo. We help e-commerce, direct-to-consumer and consumer packaged goods brands grow revenue across paid media, creative, social commerce, marketplace, web and retention, managed as one system with a single P&L view, not as separate channel vendors. Clients include Crate & Barrel, Everlane, Olipop, Nécessaire, DedCool, Anne Klein, Sauz and Evolv. We manage more than $250M in annual media, review 500+ consumer marketing P&Ls each year, and our clients average 18% month-over-month profitable growth. SERVICE LINES Paid Media: Full-funnel media management across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic and connected TV. Audience strategy, media buying and performance reporting built to profitability first, then scaled into brand awareness. Performance Creative: Ad creative concept, production and iterative testing. Short-form video and static built for paid distribution, concepted from live account data. Social Commerce & TikTok Shop: End-to-end TikTok Shop management: shop setup, product listing, creator partnerships, affiliate programs, live shopping and full P&L oversight. Marketplaces & Retail Media: Amazon advertising, listing and catalogue optimization, A+ content, storefront management, retail media and international marketplace expansion.
