Cyver Core has significantly streamlined our penetration testing and security assessment reporting process. The platform provides a professional, structured approach to managing findings, evidence, risk ratings, and client deliverables, reducing the amount of manual effort required to produce high quality reports. What I like most is the balance between flexibility and ease of use. The reporting engine allows findings to be customised while maintaining consistency across engagements, helping ensure reports remain professional and client friendly. The centralised management of vulnerabilities, screenshots, remediation advice, and executive summaries saves considerable time compared to traditional document-based reporting. The collaboration features are also valuable when working across multiple consultants, as they help standardise methodologies and reporting quality. In addition, the platform makes it easy to track findings throughout the assessment lifecycle and produce clear, well-presented reports that clients can readily understand and act upon. While Cyver Core has greatly improved our reporting workflow, there are still some areas where the platform could be enhanced. As with any reporting solution, there can be a learning curve when first configuring templates, workflows, and reporting standards to match an organisation's specific methodology. I would also welcome continued development of integrations with additional security tools and scanning platforms to further reduce manual importing and data management tasks. In some situations, having more advanced customisation options for report layouts, dashboards, and data visualisation would provide even greater flexibility for different client requirements. That said, these are relatively minor points and are outweighed by the time savings, consistency, and professionalism that the platform brings to our penetration testing and security assessment reporting processes. The Cyver Core platform has enabled us to deliver our pentesting services through an operations-focused platform. It also supports integration with customers’ ITSM tools and vulnerability scanners, which increases visibility into vulnerabilities, while enriching compliance insights. All of this is available in one centralized platform, where customers can also request pentests on an on-demand basis. Overall, it has improved our team’s efficiency and shortened our response time when communicating critical vulnerabilities to our clients. The user experience is very intuitive even to less tech-savvy users. Every piece of information is easily obtainable with 2-3 clicks, making compliance audits go way smoother. Every error/misconfiguration/area of improvement I found by using the platform, the support team quickly fixed/improved them, making customer care a visible priority. Cyver Core helped me overcome the delivery, communication, and operational hurdles I was running into with our previous approach to pentesting. The integrations were the real game changer: we could share vulnerability and mitigation information with clients without forcing them to log into yet another platform. The platform provides a seamless workflow from user onboarding to final delivery, with each stage of the security audit broken down clearly from scoping to completion. Throughout every phase, the auditor and the client remain continuously engaged, which creates an efficient and structured workflow. Previously, we faced challenges with communication gaps and report formatting, but Cyver Core handles all of this.
