It automatically prioritises issues based on context, which saves a huge amount of time when triaging and deciding where to focus. It also integrates well into the development workflow, so engineers get the information they need in a timely manner. It strikes a great balance between automation and control. Implementation was straightforward as was the ability to plug in 3rd party integrations. Customer support has been fantastic both during and post rollout, the team there are experts in their field. **What do you dislike about Cytix?** Cytix has become the go to tooling for DevSecOps. Reporting is adequate and is improving all the time. **What problems is Cytix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cytix is helping us tackle the long-standing challenge of visibility and prioritisation in application security. Before, vulnerability management often felt reactive and time-consuming—issues were flagged, but rarely in context, and sorting through them slowed everyone down. With Cytix, we have a much clearer picture of which vulnerabilities actually matter, and the automated triage helps us focus on high-impact fixes. It’s also reduced the friction between operations and development by giving both sides the right information, in the right place, at the right time. Overall, it’s helped us respond faster, reduce noise, and improve collaboration. ### 2. The company itself are extremely responsive and helpful during pen tests - invaluable when you need to move quickly. **What do you dislike about Cytix?** It can take time to resolve issues when the underlying tool ecosystem is not functioning correctly, and there is a handoff to a partner on their side. Some minor glitches in the Portal, but dev team are very quick to address. **What problems is Cytix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cytix is solving the problem of knowing what your infrastructure and application vulnerabilities *really* are (as opposed to what the tools are reporting). ### 9. Their task-based testing approach enables us to build, test, and deploy securely without being held back by the encumbrance of ordering a pentest every time we make a change, and their vulnerability management platform is very intuitive and helpful for our development team to be able to access. Plus, knowing there’s experienced testers who are always on hand to answer questions and offer support to the team is a massive sense of relief. **What do you dislike about Cytix?** I don't have a bad thing to say about Cytix.
