This product allows me to focus on other security issues and I know that no malicious activity is going on in my environment. It has saved me countless hours in review of my environment. Cynet is a leader in cybersecurity and with this platform, I find everything I need: deploy agents with a centralized console, a completely cloud-based system so there are no costs for maintaining on-premise infrastructure, and email alerts are very important for keeping endpoints secure. The last aspect I like about Cynet is the support; they respond quickly and promptly and always solve my problem with this product. It is very simple to implement and use every day, and we integrate Alerts to SIEM which I use to store logs. Cynet is a brilliant tool for MSPs, despite being a newcomer to the industry. As an organization, we were hesitant to move off of our previous security infrastructure due to our familiarity and tenure with the legacy system. We moved to cynet due to the expanded coverage XDR provides, pricing, and response time. Cynet has put in a lot of work to adapt the tool to the specific needs of MSPS - adding multi-site capabilities, integrations with PSAs such as Connectwise, and a brand new UI. The onboarding process was seamless, but there definitely was a learning curve in understanding how the tool works (as with any migration). After a couple of weeks, however, we quickly got our heads wrapped around Cynet, and were very impressed with its' capabilities, which outperformed all other products that we evaluated. We did have some performance issues in the beginning, but these were easily rectified through some meetings with the Support team. Additionally, some MSPs will be used to EDR that is largely hands-off. This tool requires a dedicated Security Team to review and triage alerts. Once tuned correctly, this tool will detect things that no other EDR will, which is great! The reporting of incidents in the Cynet Console needs some work (being that this is an alert-heavy XDR), but I'm told that this is actively being worked on and should be resolved in the coming months. Cynet is solving the cost vs. coverage problem that most MSPs face with their Security Tooling Stack. The XDR does a great job covering 99% of what we need at the endpoint, 365, and network level.
