We have been using CybeReady’s cyber-awareness training platform for two years and are very satisfied with the value it delivers. The platform provides highly effective, simple-to-manage phishing and awareness campaigns that run automatically and feel tailored to our organization, all with minimal effort from our team.

The management interface and insights are equally impressive. CybeReady gives us clear, actionable visibility into our security posture, participation levels, risk groups, and ongoing improvement, enabling informed decisions and measurable reporting.

What do you dislike about CybeReady Security Awareness Training Platform?

The admin platform and reporting are subpar compared with others. The support is horrendous and execution on the roadmap they presented is weak. The implementation was horrible for just under 30 users. They want to force integration or charge extra even though they have no self service of simple moves, adds, changes to users.
