CX Advocates Reviews & Provider Details

CX Advocates is an enterprise consulting firm helping contact centers modernize through strategic partnerships, staff augmentation, and custom development. We work across leading CCaaS/UCaaS platforms — Genesys Cloud CX, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Talkdesk, Five9, RingCentral, 8x8, Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, and more — to deliver solutions built around each client's environment, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Our focus: AI-powered agent assist, generative AI and agentic workflows, conversational IVRs, and real-time sentiment/intent detection that help agents work smarter and customers get resolution faster. We also handle omnichannel strategy, secure connectivity, custom integrations, and workforce engagement — so every piece of the contact center operation moves in the same direction. Founded in 2020 to fix what the industry kept getting wrong: shallow discovery, undefined success metrics, and underinvested training. We lead with empathy and build for outcomes.
