What do you like best about Customer Support Services?

What I like best about customer support services is that I can speak or email an individual any issues or questions that I may have with a product and/or services. Furthermore, I feel more comfortable ordering items via phone through Customer Support Services than I do online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike is that sometimes there is a language barrier between the customer services representative and myself. Also, there are occasions when you deal with customer service support and the representative is having a "bad day". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
