## About Curiosity
Curiosity is the context graph for industrial AI. It connects knowledge across an organisation's systems, including files, messages, wikis and databases, into a single graph that teams can search, explore and put to work with AI. By keeping the relationships between records intact, it gives reliable answers instead of approximations. The platform is fully customisable and combines knowledge graphs with the AI models you choose. It runs on your own infrastructure for complete data security, and is built for industrial enterprises that need trustworthy answers from complex, connected data. Curiosity was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Munich, Germany.

## Curiosity Reviews
 ### 1. Don't send regular invoices after free trial - scam-like billing

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc M. | Project Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

They had a free trial. They also helped open a file.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

They don't send regular invoices after their free trial, so you don't even realize you're paying for it. I'm very surprised this practice is not illegal; regardless it is terribly dishonourable & unethical. Someone just hoping their 4€ / month flies below the radar... pathetic.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting rid of excess cash

 ### 2. AI Assistant that talks to all our tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas S. | Regional Head Bavaria, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

Curiosity is easy to use. Its search helps us quickly find things across all our tools which saves time (and frustration). We also really like the AI Assistant’s answers and the integration with our other tools.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

Initial indexing took a few days, this could be faster.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a growing company, our information was starting to get lost in documents and apps. Curiosity helps by letting us ask questions and getting answers with references to the sources. That saves us a lot of time.

 ### 3. Any data at your fingertip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

Curiosity.ai is a revolutionary AI search tool that makes finding information incredibly easy, no matter where they are stored. Its smart algorithms and user-friendly design deliver quick and accurate results from various data sources. Perfect for researchers, professionals, and businesses, it boosts productivity and helps uncover valuable insights. An essential tool for anyone looking to leverage AI in data exploration! You can just connect it with google or any other platform - Love it and use it everyday :)

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

it makes you lazy in keeping a structure, because it's so easy to find things in the chaos!

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Find files no matter how old or where they have been stored.

 ### 4. Fabulous software to search documents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** vanessa c. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

Curiosity is a fabulous software to search documents. Easy to use, It can find any document through : Outlook, Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, etc. (almost any application). I save my precious time instead of searching documents/files. My data remains safe on my computer. Curiosity has also a very good customer service which is rare tese days.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

Nothing, it's a perfect tool. I recomand a 100% this application.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Curiosity can easily find documents Microsoft (or your computer on its own) can't find.

 ### 5. Excellent search tool. Amazing costumer support.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nore F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

The best thing about Curiosity is it has lots of integrations with different apps. For us the most important feature is that makes .pst files searchable. That is an extremely valuable tool for researchers and journalists. Also, custumer service is impressive. Curiosity is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

Takes a bit of time to fully understand all the features.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Curiosity helped us search in a very big set of email files (.pst) more efficiently. This has saved us a lot of research time.

 ### 6. Great tool to find all the things you forgot to save somewhere where you can find them again!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Susanna M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

Helps me find anything - from that email I sent 1 year ago to the paragraph in the contract that I really need now.

And really love the GPT-integration that can even draft emails!

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

Nothing, it is amazing! Somtimes takes a bit longer to load when booting.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am really bad at filing things in a way that I can find them again (hello, downloads-folder!) and naming them properly. So it can get really tough when you're in that customer call and need to find that one detail in the FINAL version of the contract, etc - you know. And that all becomes very easy, just open curiosity and you become the best organized and prepared person in the room!

 ### 7. A Universal Search Platform! Phenomenal time saver!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad Taiff I. | Former Senior Lecturer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

The fact that this is pretty close to a universal search platform is what I like best about Curiosity. Just integrate various emails, computer folders, cloud folders, and many more, and you have yourself a unified platform to search all those locations.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

This is a bit of a memory and resource hog.

I started off with 16GB of RAM, and was basically struggling to get Curiosity to coexist with my daily work; CPU and RAM usage was too much!

However once I upgraded my system to over 32GB, things were pretty smooth.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding files and content that spans multiple platforms, quickly, is what this software solves. My filing and email systems are over 20 years old, so you can imagine how much data is floating around! This system finds things regardless of what system of storage you have in place (or not)... it will find it once you give it enough time for it to index all your content.

 ### 8. Great search tool our organization to save time on searching information

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannes B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

Curiosity helps me and my team to reduce the amount of time spent to find relevant information from all data sources of our company. OS or browser search are terribly slow compared to Curiosity which provides results almost instantly.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

At first I had an issue setting Curiosity up. But it turned out the problem was sitting in front of desktop and the their support quickly and patiently helped me out.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having many data sources in your organization makes finding the right information when you actually need it difficult and time consuming. Curiosity solves that problem by providing a search function that integrates a vast amount of data sources whether it is email clients, messengers, project management tools or document management system. We liked the ease of integrating data sources, the modern and responsive interface and cross plattform support.

 ### 9. Saving me 2 full weeks a year!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Skye K. | Marketing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

15 minutes a day adds up - that's more than 90 hours a year - that's more than 2 weeks of full-time work lost searching for files! Curiosity has been a total gamechanger for my productivity running my agency.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

The application can be a little heavy, but my laptop's 16GB RAM means it can run with Curiosity in the background. With that said, I tend to close Curiosity when working on RAM-intensive tasks to keep things running fast.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software indexes all of your files on my laptop, Google Drive, Slack, Gmail and all of my other core stacks. Despite my well-organised file system, things don't always get found despite searching for them the right way. Every day I'd spend at least 15 minutes looking for a file or an email. That problem is no more thanks to Curiosity!

 ### 10. Don't be afraid to switch to Mac anymore. You can search on your Mac!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamoud O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

As a Windows user, you are used to lots of search tools such as Copernic, Everything... etc, which make searching in folders and files easier. With this app, you have the best alternative to Mac and the results are impressive. the app leaves nothing to be desired, easy to use, self-explanatory and there ist Education - Discount

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

I would like to have a advanced search:
for example: Search by name, text for words, prefixes, or exact phrase, file extension, tags, date created, file size, resolution, author, etc.
But I think it would come in the next few updates.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Searching your big filkes und databank on your computer.

 ### 11. Intuitive, easy to use and saves us so much time!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

We use a customized enterprise version of Curiosity to manage and search large amounts of data. Curiosity is very intuitive, easy to use and saves us a lot of time every day! Building our enterprise version together with Cuiosity was smooth, fun and the team responded quickly and easily to all our requests.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Curiosity.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are dealing with huge amounts of data every day. With Curiosity we are finally able to handle, manage and search them easily. It makes our day to day life easier but also helps us when onboarding new people to the team. Cuiosity is very intuitive and does not need a lot of explanation.

 ### 12. The App that Unifies them All

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah L. | Founder and Captain of ELITE (Empathy, Leadership, Inspiration, Teamwork, Enthusiasm) Team, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

I love how Curiosity really connects everything I do. It is so nice to search files, browser history, etc. all in one place. As an avid Notion user, the direct integration with Notion is key for me.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

The only thing that I dislike about Curiosity is that sometimes it misses some emails I search for, but honestly, my email app does that too!!

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving how long it normally takes me to find anything in my computer.

 ### 13. A tool very useful for freelancers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Vincent B. | Responsable communication culturelle | Social media manager , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

It's very easy to search and find any documents or emails on my PC or my different apps. It works very fast and is very useful for my small business, as I have no time to lose.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

Sometimes it slows down my computer, but maybe it's because my own pc is a little old.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you work for a small agency, you have many different clients to assist, and you need to find information very quickly.

 ### 14. The last search tool you will use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

- Easy setup
- Super easy to handle
- Fast search results
- Accurate and structured results
- Search within documents
- All the integrations I need and more (MS Teams, Outlook, Gmail, Calendar, ...)
- Free tier to try it

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

- Indexing the files takes time, not much but still.
- It needs some computing power and RAM
.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Especially when looking for older files, docs, or emails, I just couldn't find a sufficient on-machine search engine that does the job. This saves me at least 20 mins a day I would guess...

 ### 15. Consolidates search from a variety of sources

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan Z. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

It has a user-friendly interface, with easily accessible results. Searching within emails and apps really elevates the utility of the results. My other favorite search apps are more file-focused.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

The functionality is quite good already. I feel that the pricing might be too high for the business tier, but the personal tier is great.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying documents and discussions across multiple e-mail and other accounts to develop a holistic view of past activities.

 ### 16. Curiosity saves me so much more time than I had anticipated.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

I installed the app because I was curious (pardon the pun!).
I've been loving it. Super intuitive app that helps me find files within seconds (that would take me 5mins otherwise).
Very helpful to find documents across locations and formats (emails, hard drive, sharepoint).

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

The app takes a bit of time in the autostart.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding files and content within files across locations.

 ### 17. Works well, a bit clunky. But I've gotten used to it. I now find the app nearly indespensible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KIm B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Curiosity?**

Finds stuff I have lost. It shows on line and cloud hosted files.

**What do you dislike about Curiosity?**

The search result bands that appear and disappear are distracting. Previews get in the way.

**What problems is Curiosity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I lose stuff. I put stuff in the wrong places by mistake or can't remember their names. Curiosity finds content in the files so the name or content doesn't matter as much.
