Crux Reviews & Product Details

Crux is booking software for camps, lodges and retreats: Muay Thai and fitness camps, surf and dive camps, yoga and wellness retreats, and fishing and hunting lodges. These are places where a stay is more than a room. Add a "Book now" button to the website you already have (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any site that accepts a line of code). Guests see live availability, choose a week-long package or build their own stay, add classes, meal plans and extras like airport pickup or gear rental, and pay a deposit by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments go straight to your own Stripe account, and guests can pay their balance later from their reservation link. Built around how camps really sell: • Packages that bundle a room, training or activities, meals and extras, with the savings shown to guests • Dorm beds, bungalows, suites and private rooms with live availability • Low and high season prices, premium rates for chosen dates, and long-stay discounts • Activities and training sessions with schedules, sold per session or per day, including bookings with no room • Deposits, promo codes and prices in your own currency Run the camp from one dashboard: reservations, a calendar, today's check-ins and departures, guest records, bookings added by hand, analytics, and staff accounts with their own roles. Pricing: no monthly fee and no setup fee. Crux charges a flat 5% on completed bookings, plus Stripe's card processing. Booking sites typically take 15–20%.
