I have used multiple EDR tools, but most of all crowdstrike is the best. It has many features which makes an engineer's life easy. I don't have any complaints. The dashboard is extensive and maybe a little confusing at first. It would be nice if when you hover over each different menu on the left side, you got a little preview, potentially a screenshot image preview, to know what kind of dashboard you'll be navigating to and what type of information you might find there.
