CRM Solid is an omnichannel CRM that keeps every customer conversation in one inbox. It connects Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Reddit direct messages alongside a per-user email inbox and a website live chat widget, so a lead that arrives on any channel lands in the same pipeline. AI agents answer, qualify and score leads, hand a conversation back to a human when it needs one, and keep learning from the replies the team actually sends. A content scheduler publishes to the same networks plus TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads, and multi-channel sequences run outreach with per-account rate limits. The CRM layer covers contacts with tags, custom fields and lead scoring, multiple kanban pipelines, tasks, deals, invoicing and revenue tracking. Everything is reachable through a REST API and an official MCP server, so AI assistants such as Claude, Cursor and ChatGPT can read and write the same data. A free browser extension saves any LinkedIn, X, Instagram or GitHub profile into the CRM in one click. A free plan is available with no time limit.
