What do you like best about Crestwood Associates?

Our CSM, Heather C. is the best. She communicates quickly, answers all of our questions, facilitates a lot of support and training projects. Evan T. has developed most of our customization and he is quite helpful, attentive and learns/remembers our processes. Melissa F. is an excellent support associate, she's helped me (our company's Acumatica admin and PM) with several things. Knowledgeable and helpful. Guillermo, our main implementation consultant is AMAZING. If you hire CA and want to implement Acumatica for Manufacturing/Distribution, request Guillermo! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?

At times, we feel we're pushed toward customization (and the accompanying cost) more than trying to help us find solutions with our current version. We involve them with some third party integrations, but they tend to take over and push the consultant time a little high. If there's an issue with a customization after launch, even with good testing, we're charged to fix their code mistake. It's happened a few times where we've had to push back.
