Cresta AI Agent Reviews & Product Details

Cresta AI Agent is an autonomous AI system for enterprise contact centers that handles customer interactions end-to-end across voice and digital channels. Agents operate within layered guardrails and a hybrid architecture that pairs LLM flexibility with deterministic controls. It uses LLMs to understand customer intent, navigate multi-step conversations, and resolve inquiries without requiring a live agent for every interaction. The product is built for high-volume environments where interactions range from simple account inquiries to multi-turn troubleshooting and transactions. When an interaction needs a human, the agent transfers the conversation along with its context and history, so customers aren't asked to start over. This continuity carries across channels and across AI and human ownership, supported by a shared platform for human and AI agents that gives contact center leaders one system for oversight, quality management, and improvement. Cresta AI Agent integrates with existing CCaaS platforms, CRM systems, and knowledge bases, and is configurable to industry-specific workflows in financial services, insurance, healthcare, retail, and BPO environments. It can be deployed as a standalone product or alongside tools for managing both AI and human agents in the same contact center. Enterprise teams use Cresta AI Agent to increase containment rates, reduce cost-per-contact, and extend service availability during peak periods and after-hours, without adding headcount.
