Cresta AI Agent is an autonomous AI system for enterprise contact centers that handles customer interactions end-to-end across voice and digital channels. Agents operate within layered guardrails and a hybrid architecture that pairs LLM flexibility with deterministic controls. It uses LLMs to understand customer intent, navigate multi-step conversations, and resolve inquiries without requiring a live agent for every interaction.
