"You need to annotate your skills and publish your accolades for your community."
5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

It is nice that you can drill down to see where others are applying the knowledge gained through the badges. It gives you a boost to gather more credentials. It is helpful to be able to quickly see the makeup of the award gained through the accreditation and to allow others to easily see what it means to have the skill. With the ease of publishing the badges it helps support a mindset of validating all your skills. You are encouraged to pursue more badges and the acquisition and display is very easy. It easily integrates with your LinkedIn account so you can concentrate on improving yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

Sometimes the skills you have aren't covered in Credly. And I have seen some anomalies in the workforce that claims to own the badges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boost your career with digital badge"
5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

Credly is a platform which helps me to gather all our digital badges in a unique place. A lot of organizations are connected with this Credly platform. There are a lot of micro web services behind to facilitate any user to receive their badges. We can easily share them on LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

Credly recently performed an update or a new release which I don't like much. From our dashboard, we cannot order (filter by recent badge or older, etc.) our badges as before. I also think that Credly should sensitize the organizations which are not or don't have an account on Credly. There are a lot of organizations like WordPress, ISTQB, and so on, where we can't share or get digital badges from Credly. I think that is quite strange and for ISTQB, for example, users can't easily share their certifications via digital badges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The inability to chronologically order the acquired badges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An excellent source to improve your knowledge"
5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

Credly is an easy to access platform to learn and get your certificates. It will be published to your profile so that you can access your certificate anytime online. It is too easy to implement the learning in your profession. The customer support is well and good. The features are enough to keep your usage of the site. Integration of the certification and get them downloaded as per required format makes it more fun. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

I couldn't use it more frequently (frequency of use) as the user interface could be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An excellent way to market on LinkedIn"
5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

I love that they make it easy for users to share and display their badges and that they also make it easy for administrators to create badges. Linking skills from the badge to open jobs helps the students of my Academy take real-world action on the skills they just learned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

I hear it tends to be one of the more expensive solutions. Some of the features may make it overly complex if your needs for a digital certification program are minimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid feature set and easy to implement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Credly?

Credly has features useful for both the organization (business insights) and the end user (job search, other relevant certifications). It's easy to implement the integration between an organization's system and Credly's, and virtually all badge editing and creation can be done via self-service options. Their customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we've reached out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Credly?

It requires that badge-holder emails in both Credly's system and the organization's system match, even though each badge holder is issued a unique badge ID. This leads to frequent end user support requests to my organization when the user updates their email address in one system but not the other. Often times the only way for us to correct this is to issue a new badge, which unfortunately uses one of our pool of yearly badge allotments. This is our biggest issue with the service and one we are still awaiting a resolution on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
