[Credly Claims vs Evidence](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/claims-vs-evidence) # Credly Claims vs Evidence This page compares marketing claims that Credly makes on its own website with what real G2 users say in their reviews. Each claim's source link points to the page where it appeared. Claims are rated as follows: Supported when a clear majority of the reviewers who address it back it up, Disputed when a clear majority contradict it, and Mixed when reviewers are divided. Reviews that don't mention a claim are not counted. Last updated Oct 5, 2026 ## Claim: “We’ll help you design and issue your badges, as well as create recommended badges, collections, and stackable credentials to drive earner engagement.” Supported by reviews. Relevant reviewers largely report that Credly makes designing, creating, uploading, and issuing credentials easy, and one specifically praises certification recommendations; another reviewer reports that creating and uploading badges can be difficult. Reviews also describe badge traction and recipient engagement, though they do not directly verify every element of the claim, such as collections and stackable credentials. - “Creating new credentials is a breeze.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-11638570) - “The provided templates make uploads simple.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-11336964) - “I love Credly for next certification recommendation.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-8478973) - “The method for creating the actual badges and uploading them” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-9518536) Source: [https://info.credly.com/solutions/product-certifications](https://info.credly.com/solutions/product-certifications) ## Claim: “Track the full lifecycle of the badges you issue with data on the number of badges issued, accepted, viewed, and shared.” Mixed support from reviews. Some reviewers report analytics covering acceptance, sharing, clicks, and badge tracking. However, others say reporting needs deeper analytics or request analytics functionality, and the reviews do not consistently establish tracking of every stated lifecycle stage, including issued and viewed counts. - “Credly offers detailed analytics: acceptance rates, share rates, click data, and more.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-9926061) - “Credly is an easy-to-use platform that allows you to create bespoke certificates and track their acceptance and social shares.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-11138716) - “The reporting features are useful, but could be more advanced for organizations that want deeper analytics on engagement and badge acceptance.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-11678515) - “I think it would be highly valuable and appreciated if Credly implements analytics functionality” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-9763484) Source: [https://info.credly.com/product/analytics](https://info.credly.com/product/analytics) ## Claim: “Ensure your certification earners receive digital credentials immediately with automated issuing via bulk upload, integrations, or building a custom integration using our REST API.” Mixed support from reviews. Reviewers report that bulk issuing saves time and that Credly integrates well with their systems, while others describe bulk uploads as difficult and request automatic badge assignment. The reviews do not specifically establish immediate issuance or use of a custom REST API. - “Creating new credentials is a breeze, and the bulk-issuing feature is a true lifesaver. It's honestly saved me hours every week.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-11638570) - “We use Credly weekly and it integrates well with our systems.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-11263629) - “Sometimes it is difficult for me to complete a bulk issue upload.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-11144027) - “they can also give the option automatically badge assign to users.” [Read Full Review](https://www.g2.com/products/credly/reviews/credly-review-10916828) Source: [https://info.credly.com/solutions/product-certifications](https://info.credly.com/solutions/product-certifications)
