Also credly has a system showing which certificates or courses are free. And I would tell everyone to use it. **What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a normal certification, we have to carry our certification physically or take a photo of that certification and go on. every time I have to share the certificates by sharing the documents that I created earlier. Also, I had to explain to them when did I start and end. But with Credly I just have to share my badge. And I show everything from badge creating date. Validation of the badge. Everything. And sharing my profile can show which certificates I have. So I don't have to send them my all certificates individually. I just have to share my profile. ### 2. I think the only potential issue was when Acclaim merged with Credly, so we had to update a lot of our communications with the name, but that was it. I believe it is much better to have verified proof of your knowledge that you can refer to rather than just say that you know something to a prospective employer. **What do you dislike about Credly?** The Credly site job link navigation system is confusing, often there are a number of jobs listed as just the number available in the area, but there is no way to click on the links to view what the jobs actually are or how to apply to them. The most difficult thing is thinking through how you want to structure your badging (or designing a badge image), and easy for individuals to be able to display it visually. 2. Wish it had more ability to connect (via some type of simple integration) to/from systems of record for Training/credentialing (e.g. LMS, etc.) so that it wouldn't be as much of a manual business process to verify/track; especially for those in a situation where they might get audited more frequently where burden of proof tends to come up more often. 2. The ease of issuing badges has also increased the number of credentials we issue in our department. We now provide badges some smaller programs, which has the added benefit of showing users learning pathways they can follow. Credly onboarding and user support is also excellent, and facilitated a smooth integration into our procedures. I use Credly regularly to issue credentials for all the programs I oversee. **What do you dislike about Credly?** One issue I had was making my badges at the proper resolution for including a clear email signature-sized badge. I assumed a 72ppi image would work, but it turned out I needed 300ppi. Customer service helped me identify the issue and the problem was easy to solve. **What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Credly, I was creating and sending individual PDF certificates to all our program graduates. This was time consuming, yes, but also ineffective. The certificates were not shared, and therefore not seen by others. It'd be nice to look at a badge and see all of the issue dates and issued "to" details. But, at least a download can be done so at least there is a way to do this.
