The website interface of Credly is simple and that promotes ease of use even for a fresh user. **What do you dislike about Credly?** Sharing my achiement on X has been unsuccessful unlike LinkedIn. So far, this has been the only challenged I have encountered in using Credly. **What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating links and embedding relevant files into my email signature had been a problem until I was introduced to Credly by ISC2 and Cisco Networking Academy. It has been a smooth ride since then and now, I can easy add, update or remove links to my achievements without struggle. Setting up an expiration date for each badge is also easy, and Credly automatically sends emails to earners when their certification is nearing expiration. Running into issues happens so infrequently, but on occasion when something goes awry, their support team is quick to respond with an accurate solution. I highly recommend the Credly service! **What do you dislike about Credly?** A pre-built integration with our LMS of choice doesn't yet exist, so we do need to do a manual issuing of badges each week. A lot of organizations are connect with this Credly platform. There're a lot of micro webservices behind to facilitate any user to receive its badges. We can easily share them in Linkedin, Facebook, and so on.. **What do you dislike about Credly?** Credly recently perform an update or a new release which I don't like much. Fom our dashboard, we cannot ordering (filter by recent badge or older, etc.) our badges as before. I also think that Credly should sensibilise the organization which are not or don't have an account on Credly. There are a lot of organization like WordPress, ISTQB and so on.. where we can't share or get digital badge from Credly. It's easy to implement the integration between an organization's system and Credly's, and virtually all badge editing and creation can be done via self-service options. Their customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we've reached out. **What do you dislike about Credly?** It requires that badge-holder emails in both Credly's system and the organization's system match, even though each badge holder is issued a unique badge ID. This leads to frequent end user support requests to my organization when the user updates their email addres in one system but not the other. Often times the only way for us to correct this is to issua a new badge, which unfortunately uses one of our pool of yearly badge allotments.
