## Credly Reviews
  ### 1. Credly Makes Managing and Sharing Verified Certifications Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muzammil M. | Founder – Muzammil Graphic | Interior and Graphic Designer | Transforming Spaces and Brands Visually , Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Credly?**

Credly makes it easy to keep all my certifications in one place instead of searching through different emails or portals. I like that every badge is verified, which makes it more trustworthy when sharing it with employers or on LinkedIn. Accepting and sharing badges is straightforward, and the interface is simple enough that I didn't need any guidance to get started. It saves time whenever I need to prove a certification or show the skills I've earned.

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

Sometimes badges take a little while to appear after they are issued, and I wish there were better filtering and search options when you have several certifications. The mobile experience could also be smoother, especially when viewing or sharing multiple badges.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credly solves the problem of managing certificates from different organizations in one verified place. Instead of downloading and sending PDF certificates every time, I can simply share my badge link, which employers or clients can verify instantly. It saves me time, keeps my professional achievements organized, and makes it easier to showcase my skills whenever I apply for new opportunities.

  ### 2. Simple but versatile Certification Tracking and sharing tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Avineet A. | Senior Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Credly?**

I love how it lets you share your certification or skills achievement across various social media platforms, and it even generates content to help you get started. It’s easy to use, and it’s nice being able to see everything under one roof.

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

Sometimes the share option isn’t visible even though I’m logged in. It seems to think I’m just viewing the badge, rather than being the person who actually earned it.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me track all my achievements and skills under one umbrella, whether technical or non-technical. It also makes it easy to share them and helps employers or colleagues verify my achievements quickly, without needing me to provide physical copies of certificates to employers or any institute. It provides details about various skills that can be achieved by someone, which is useful for understanding what to work toward.

  ### 3. Unified Reporting for Certifications and Verification

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mason M. | Financial Analyst, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Credly?**

Credly provides a unified and central reporting and tracking system for learning and certification- both to verify and showcase.

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

I dislike the lack of integration options for some companies, with a somewhat difficult to navigate submission option/service area.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Companies provide a variety of means and methods to show or prove certification. Credly combines all of these together to provide a single view for entire industries, showing similar credentials and even suggesting new ones relevant to the user. This has been very helpful for me as I use a wide range of CRM, ERP, and data services each of which provide a different portal or method to display.

  ### 4. Streamlined Credential Management with Credly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bob V. | Founder and CTO, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Credly?**

I use Credly to manage and showcase professional certifications and badges from leading technology and cybersecurity organizations like Cisco, IBM, Google, ISC2, NVIDIA etc. I appreciate that it serves as a credible platform for verifying expertise in my business consulting and cybersecurity roles. Credly addresses key challenges in credential management by providing a centralized verifiable platform for digital badges, eliminating the need for physical certificates or manual verification processes. It enhances trust in my projects and streamlines sharing achievements across professional networks, which saves me time. I value its role in building trust and efficiency across the business. I find the tamper-proof badge verification to be assuring for credibility from issuers. The user-friendly interface for organizing, sharing, and embedding credentials is a plus, and robust analytics provide insights into skill recognition, fostering career advancement in my cybersecurity and blockchain projects. Setup was a no-brainer; it's just plug and play, ready to work.

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

While it currently excels in core functionality, enhancements in advanced search and filtering for badges could improve discoverability, especially for niche cybersecurity certifications like those from ISC Square. Additionally, deeper integration with enterprise HR systems would streamline bulk verifications in my consulting projects, and a more robust mobile app for on-the-go management would better support dynamic roles in blockchain evolving innovation and hiring processes. I think it would be highly valuable and appreciated if Credly implements analytics functionality, so that each user can actually see which part of the user profile and badges is mostly visited, and what the potential leads are mostly interested in.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Credly to manage professional certifications and badges, making verification easy and eliminating physical certificates. It's a credible platform that enhances trust, saves time in consultancy, streamlines credential sharing, and aids career advancement through robust analytics and easy integration with platforms like LinkedIn.

  ### 5. A top-tier Art Director and Adobe Certified Educator (ACE) with over 20 years of experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed I. | UI-UX Instructor, Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Credly?**

What I appreciate most about Credly is how effortlessly it enables me to manage and share my digital credentials in a professional manner. The platform verifies achievements automatically, issues secure digital badges, and lets me share them on LinkedIn or include them in my CV with just a single click. I also enjoy the clean, user-friendly interface and the detailed metadata attached to each badge, such as the skills demonstrated, the issuing organization, and the badge's validity period, all of which enhance its credibility and value. Furthermore, Credly allows me to keep track of all my certifications in one convenient location and explore related learning or career opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

For instance, the interface occasionally feels sluggish, and managing several badges lacks flexibility. Additionally, downloading or exporting badges in various formats can be confusing, and the customization options for sharing are quite limited. Lastly, certain advanced features, such as analytics or integrations, are restricted to organizations and not accessible to individual users.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credly solves the problem of proving and sharing verified skills.
Before Credly, certifications were just PDFs or paper documents that were hard to verify and even harder to showcase professionally. Credly provides secure, digital, and trusted badges that employers can verify instantly.

This benefits me in several ways:

I can showcase my credentials on LinkedIn or my portfolio with one click.

Each badge includes metadata (skills, issuing organization, date, etc.), which adds credibility and context.

All my certifications are organized in one place, making it easy to manage and track them.

It helps me stand out professionally and increases trust when applying for jobs or working with clients.

In short, Credly transforms certifications from static documents into dynamic, verified achievements that improve my visibility and professional reputation.

  ### 6. Awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vincent E. | UI/UX Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Credly?**

"Credly's digital credentialing platform offers a massive network, career boost, and secure badges. It's great for showcasing skills and building your brand. However, be aware of the costs (up to $5 per credential) and limited customization options. Onboarding can be tricky, and customer support gets mixed reviews. If Credly isn't your fit, consider alternatives like Certopus, CertifyMe, or Badgr. Weigh the pros and cons to make an informed decision that suits your needs."

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

Credly's common dislikes include high costs ($3,000-$20,000 annually), limited customization, complex onboarding, poor customer support, navigation issues, badge management confusion, and lack of transparency. These complaints vary depending on individual needs. Potential users should weigh these factors when considering Credly for digital credentialing. Exploring alternatives like Certopus, CertifyMe, or Badgr might be beneficial for those seeking more flexible or affordable options.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credly solves problems in digital credentialing by verifying authenticity, standardizing credentials, and increasing visibility. This enhances credibility, streamlines credential management, and allows individuals to showcase skills. Benefits include reduced fraud risk, simplified management, and increased trustworthiness. Credly's solutions establish trust, credibility, and visibility, making it easier for organizations and individuals to demonstrate value and achievements. Its platform supports secure, verifiable, and shareable digital credentials.

  ### 7. Higher Ed and Professional School Usage

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan C. | Operations and Systems Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Credly?**

As a credentialing administrator for our school, the platform is super intuitive, and I was able to get our entire system up and running in no time. Creating new credentials is a breeze, and the bulk-issuing feature is a true lifesaver. It's honestly saved me hours every week.

With the analytics, I can actually see where our badges are being shared and what kind of traction they're getting. It's really helped me understand the impact our credentials are having.

The support team has been great too—always there to help when I have a question. Honestly, if you're in charge of issuing credentials, you need to check this out.

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

I would really like to schedule badges to be issued in advance, and it would be great if the system sent persistent reminders to students who haven't yet accepted their badge.

Having this feature would be so helpful, especially when they reach out to us later looking for their credentials that they were sent only a single notification for. And while the back-end is powerful, some of the administrative tools for things like managing groups or renewals can feel a bit clunky and take a while to get used to.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of having to send individual crednetials we can now send them to entire classes and we have the issuing integrated with our LMS so this is even simpler

  ### 8. Enhances Authenticity with Seamless Badge Management

**Reviewed by:** Er.Aash G. | Co-Founder

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Credly?**

I love Credly’s ability to verify achievements, which significantly enhances the trust and authenticity of my credentials. The platform allows me to manage and share all my verified badges in one convenient location. Its detailed badge information, such as skills and issuing criteria, makes it easy for employers to understand my capabilities. The seamless integration with LinkedIn for sharing badges is very convenient, and I see great value in storing and verifying all my badges in one trusted place. Credly's reliable nature and sharing options make it a platform worth maintaining, even as a badge collector.

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

I wish Credly had a cleaner interface and faster loading because sometimes it feels a bit slow to browse all badges.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Credly to verify my achievements, making my profile credible and showcasing my skills to employers. It adds authenticity and trust, preventing fake certificates, and provides a convenient platform to manage and share badges.

  ### 10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big Credly Fan Over Here!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H. | Sr. Manager, Community Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Credly?**

Just wanted to say—I love Credly. It makes recognizing and celebrating accomplishments so easy and meaningful. Whether it’s highlighting team milestones or showing off individual growth, Credly takes the guesswork out of digital credentialing and turns it into something people actually get excited about.

It's super intuitive, it feels modern (not clunky like a lot of internal tools), and honestly… it just gets it when it comes to making people feel seen.

If you’re not using it yet—do it. Your team will thank you.

**What do you dislike about Credly?**

While the platform is pretty intuitive for earners, the backend can feel a bit less polished. Admins might need to click around a lot to set up pathways or bulk issue badges, which could be smoother.

**What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credly is solving a big gap in recognition and visibility—especially when it comes to skills and accomplishments that don’t always get the spotlight.

We all know people are doing amazing work every day, but traditional recognition tools can feel outdated or limited to yearly reviews. Credly flips that by offering real-time, digital recognition that’s portable, shareable, and actually aligned to skills—not just titles.

For me and my team, it’s been a game-changer in a few ways:

It makes accomplishments visible. When someone earns a badge, it's not just a pat on the back—it’s something they can showcase on LinkedIn, share with their network, or reference in a development convo.

It supports a culture of learning. People can see their progress. It motivates folks to keep growing because the recognition is tangible and tied to clear criteria.

It builds brand credibility. Our org is now known for offering meaningful, credible badges. That makes us more attractive to talent and strengthens our employer brand.

Bottom line: it helps people feel seen, and it gives leaders real tools to track and support development in a modern, scalable way.
