Right now, we have to provide the Credly template ID and a host of other information to a support rep at our LMS, who then manually maps it. **What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted our learners to A) be recognized for completing a piece of content and B) have a way for those earners to brag about what they had done, whether on LinkedIn or their resume. Credly has allowed us to create a product that can create a moment for our learners while driving brand awareness of our academy. ### 33. The dashboards that are created are great for quick overviews. Pulling reports is quick and simple. Navigating through the site is very user friendly and it's easy to figure how to do actions or find information. It's been a great way to have our clients display their knowledge by earning badges and great for us to see how valuable using Credly has been for us as well. **What do you dislike about Credly?** I think currently the only downside is Credly cannot be integrated with our internal learning management system, so we have to do everything manually. **What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're now able to have our clients display their knowledge of our systems by taking assessments. Prior to this we did not have an assessments and we're unsure if users were retaining knowledge from our sessions. Now we are able to get feedback via the assessments and have learned how we can better support our clients. It's also helped with clients not having to retake classes, as now they can show the badges as proof that they have attended training and are knowledgeable on the platform. ### 36. Intuitive UX: I've been using Credly since 2018 to both earn and display my professional credentials, and I must say that the platform is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. The user interface is sleek, and I had no trouble navigating through the various sections to find what I was looking for. I moved from organizations to other but still I can carry old credentials. 2. Display Badges : I love the ability to display a digital badge on my LinkedIn profile, which not only looks good but also verifies my skills in a way that a simple text description can't. 3. Verification process is rigorous, ensuring that all displayed credentials are legitimate. It is shareable and recruiters ask for it - I don't have to share my pdf certificates any more **What do you dislike about Credly?** I'd like to see more customization options for organizing and displaying badges on other social platforms. Sometimes image of badges not shown properly. Different social medias have different expectations like instagram/facebook/whatsapp. It works best with linkedin though **What problems is Credly solving and how is that benefiting you?** No need of carrying pdf certificates anymore.Traditional resumes and LinkedIn endorsements can often be vague and unquantified. It's like having a set of instructors for a specific domain.
