CredentialCamp Reviews & Product Details

COMPANY DESCRIPTION CredentialCamp was built to solve the gap that every organization with compliance requirements eventually discovers: your LMS tracks course completions, your HRIS tracks employee records, and government agencies issue the licenses and permits your team needs — but nothing connects them into a single, auditable view of whether every employee has exactly the credentials their role requires. CredentialCamp is that universal compliance layer. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION CredentialCamp is an all-in-one employee certification and credential tracking platform for the AI era. We centralize employee certifications, licenses, permits, and training assignments across every location, role, and jurisdiction — with AI-powered certificate scanning, automated renewal reminders, HRIS integration, and audit-ready compliance reporting. Any organization with regulatory training requirements, professional certifications, or compliance mandates can use CredentialCamp to ensure every employee has exactly the credentials their position demands. WHAT WE DO CredentialCamp bridges the gap between your learning management system, your HRIS, and the government-issued licenses and permits your employees hold. Most organizations track these separately — course completions in the LMS, employee records in the HRIS, and physical license documents in filing cabinets or email threads. CredentialCamp connects all three, mapping regulatory requirements to job titles, automatically assigning required training and credentials when employees are hired or change roles, and tracking the status of every credential in real time — all the way from active and compliant through expiring, expired, missing, and pending. KEY FEATURES AI-Powered Certificate Scanning Upload any certificate or license document and CredentialCamp's AI automatically extracts the key data — employee name, credential type, issuing authority, issue date, and expiration date — to create or update the credential record instantly. Bulk upload is supported for onboarding entire teams. Automated Reminder System CredentialCamp sends configurable automated reminders to employees and managers before certifications expire — via email and SMS — at intervals you set (90 days, 60 days, 30 days, for example). Reminders fire automatically without manual calendar management. 5-State Compliance Tracking Every credential in CredentialCamp is tracked across five compliance states: Up to Date, Expiring Soon, Expired, Missing, and Pending Verification. Managers and administrators see the real-time compliance status of every employee at every location — not just a list of certifications. HRIS and Scheduling Integrations CredentialCamp integrates with Workday, ADP, UKG, and other leading HRIS platforms so that employee records, job titles, and location assignments stay synchronized automatically. When a new employee is added in your HRIS, CredentialCamp assigns their required credentials based on their role. When an employee changes positions, their credential requirements update accordingly. LMS Integration and Mapping CredentialCamp integrates with your existing learning management system to pull course completion records and map them to the regulatory requirements for each job title and jurisdiction — so you always know whether a completed course satisfies the specific compliance requirement it was designed to meet. Universal Learner ID (ULID) Every employee gets a Universal Learner ID that follows them across organizations and roles. For multi-employer industries like healthcare staffing and construction, employees can maintain and share their credential wallet without re-uploading documents for every new placement. Credential Wallet Employees access their own credential wallet through the employee portal — a secure, mobile-friendly view of all their certifications, licenses, and training completions that they can share with employers, credentialing committees, or licensing bodies on demand. Compliance Reports and Analytics CredentialCamp generates audit-ready compliance reports at the individual, location, role, and organization level — showing exactly which employees are compliant, which credentials are expiring, and which are missing — exportable for regulatory submissions, auditor requests, and internal reviews. Multi-Location Management Manage employee credentials across unlimited locations with location-based filtering, location-specific compliance requirements, and the ability to assign different credential requirements for different sites or jurisdictions. INDUSTRIES SERVED Healthcare and Medical | Food Service and Hospitality | Construction and Trades | Security and Protection Services | Transportation and Logistics | Childcare and Education | Manufacturing and Industrial | Retail and Property Management WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT Unlike LMS platforms that track course completions but not government-issued licenses, or HRIS platforms that track employee records but not credential compliance, CredentialCamp is specifically designed as the compliance layer that connects both. The Universal Learner ID, AI certificate scanning, 5-state compliance tracking, and HRIS integrations with Workday, ADP, and UKG distinguish CredentialCamp from generic document storage tools and point-solution certification trackers.
