"CreatorIQ Agency Review"
4/5
What do you like best about CreatorIQ?

I greatly appreciate the ease of tracking influencer posts throughout a campaign cycle! Additionally, the platform is well designed for agency use with sharability and multiple downloads of campaign status. The at-a-glance reporting feature is my favorite way to check in on influencer performance. Additionally, with the expansion of the Enterprise Dashboard, it's been helpful to source top performers across various campaigns for our needs. Furthermore, the API integration for ad access is simple! If not, the support team is always available to address our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CreatorIQ?

Influencer sourcing is weak. I do not use this feature at all because it is not designed well to meet creative needs and general influencer engagement. There is no open application feature to build campaigns to invite influencers to review briefing materials and share their thoughts. Overall the collaboration between influencers and the platform is non-existent. The reporting often has to be corrected, and it is weighted by organic vs. branded posts. If the platform is able to review branded content, I would hope it could calculate branded engagement rate instead of manually setting for projections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Custom platform to help with everything from outreach + communications to payment + insights."
5/5
What do you like best about CreatorIQ?

CIQ provides the support necessary to build + scale influencer campaigns without getting buried in email chains, DMs, asset management, and approvals.

On the front end, the customizable creator-facing pages give creators a branded experience while capturing important information so you can curate, categorize, and manage your network as needed. All communications are centralized to streamline the constant back and forth and, if there are any snags, Creator Support is easy to access. On the back end, the level of detail in everything from reporting + forecasting to campaign details + email templates makes it easy to tailor each activation down to the creator level - something that is often limited to the campaign level.

In addition to the technical features, the Support + Product Teams are some of the best you'll experience! They're quick to find an answer, troubleshoot any questions, and are consistently working on updating the platform based on client feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CreatorIQ?

While they provide plenty of value in the management + reporting side, searching for influencers is still hit or miss using their Discovery tool. Quite a bit of this can be attributed to information locked down by platform APIs, but the gaps in information can make it difficult to find who you're looking for. "Daily User of SaaS Platform CreatorIQ"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CreatorIQ?

CreatorIQ is a SaaS platform that allows brands to discover new creators, evaluate their impact and define the partnership's value through discovery, beginning-to-end campaign management, payment fulfillment and campaign reporting. Our team leans on the CreatorIQ platform daily to build out lists, compare potential partners through One Sheets, and ultimately manage all steps involved in a brand campaign through this platform. This platform offers a friendly user experience where our entire team can quickly navigate the platform. When we run into bugs or issues, which are very minimal, we can quickly submit a ticket to the support team and also reach out to our customer success manager, who is absolutely fantastic and very responsive. Ultimately, CreatorIQ is the most robust and user-friendly platform I have used, and ultimately is a crucial component of our brand's influencer campaign successes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CreatorIQ?

There is very little about the CreatorIQ platform that I dislike. However, I would say the thing I dislike the most recently would be the new user interface to update our Creator Connect forum, as it seems more complicated to find and edit the images, text, font, etc., when necessary. However, I have navigated with minimal issues with our customer success manager's assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CiQ is a smooth, seamless, and great for keeping track of your talent roster"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CreatorIQ?

It is excellent for keeping track of a roster. We work with creators both in and out of CMS, and it has helped keep track of insights and demographics of creators in and out of our network. Sometimes, we need a quick turnaround, and the discovery tool has been beneficial in getting demos from creators outside our network quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CreatorIQ?

While I understand the need for it, requiring creators to be authenticated through CiQ to obtain real-time data can be a bit tough because of the pushback from creators. Not all of them want to be authenticated, so it is a bit tricky on that end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The bible of influencer marketing"
5/5
What do you like best about CreatorIQ?

The best thing about Tribe is that it is a complete data base of all of our influencers where we can keep all addresses, track all content, and create campaigns for different activations. Also, the competitive tracking is great considering mostly all competitive brands use Tribe so it is really an apples to apples comparison of how we're tracking against the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CreatorIQ?

I dislike that the creator panel is not updated more frequently. With the rise of so many new creators on TikTok, I have found myself adding in most creators manually which then their content does not account into our final numbers for each month. Also, I dislike that Tribe does not pull in TikTok tags (in the actual post) as we're seeing this is now extremely common, so we are missing most TikTok posts we're included in which is the whole point of using Tribe!!! "Great Discoverability & Support"
5/5
What do you like best about CreatorIQ?

CreatorIQ is a fast-loading information machine. I use it to find creators that align with my client's interests and audience using their discover tool, and their reporting capabilities are very easy to use and onboard new members to. The support team is quick to respond and always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CreatorIQ?

Needs more customization, but their team is always adding new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
