Their willingness to go the extra mile gives me a strong sense of confidence in using the platform long-term. **What do you dislike about Creatomate?** The only minor drawback I’ve encountered is the current limitation when using looping audio or video elements in combination with multipart rendering for long videos. While there are effective workarounds, such as explicitly setting durations and avoiding loop: true, this requires additional configuration effort. We have a few video tools in our product set but they are quite limited because of their complexity. I have long wanted to have the ability to create more dynamic video content and well I recently decided to do some research to see what is out there and I am beyond blown away by what the Creatomate team have created. It's so far beyond my wildest expectations I don't even know what to say really. Easy to use, robust API, reasonable pricing, great support as well and I am just beginning. The interface for the online editing was easy to learn and very powerful at the same time. We used multiple image layers, objects and text which heavily personalised the final images. We even used it to dynamically create video reels which were automatically posted to an instagram account. One highlight was using the tool to create a personalised postcard image which was mailed out by a direct mail company. The images on the direct mail were incredibly personalised. So, I can definately say I put the tool through its paces. The support from Casper and his team was fantastic, even making changes to the system to acommodate our requirements. **What do you dislike about Creatomate?** The only downside was that we managed to burn through quite a few credits. But you have to remember we were creating thousands of images and videos. **What problems is Creatomate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed to create highly personalised videos and images - then use that content automatically for social media posts and printed mailouts. ### 10. It's all super powerful when you get the hang of it.
