Coval Reviews & Product Details

Coval is the evaluation platform for enterprise voice and chat AI, built by former Waymo engineers who bring autonomous vehicle testing rigor to how companies deploy and scale conversational agents. It gives teams the proof they need before putting an agent in front of customers, and the visibility to keep it reliable once it’s live. A voice agent can sound flawless in a demo and still fail in the real world, where interruptions, accents, and background noise throw it off. Voice AI is probabilistic, so the question isn’t whether it works but how likely it is to succeed across an endless range of scenarios. In regulated industries like financial services and healthcare, those failures carry compliance and patient-safety consequences. Manual QA can’t cover millions of calls. Coval covers three phases of the agent lifecycle in one platform: Simulation (pre-deployment). Stress-test your agent across tens of thousands of synthetic scenarios modeled on real-world complexity and tailored to your industry. Coval evaluates conversation, audio, and tool calls together, the way they occur in production. Test against 27 voices, 10 languages, and 20 background environments. Observability (production monitoring). Monitor every live conversation with audio-native analysis. Continuous evaluations surface regressions and anomalies as they happen, and show you recurring customer complaints and needs along the way. Human-in-the-loop (continuous improvement). Route the calls that matter most to expert reviewers, compare AI and human verdicts side by side, and feed every verdict back into your simulations. Production data makes your evals smarter with each iteration, which is how you get self-healing agents. Who uses Coval: engineering, product, QA, and operations teams at healthcare, financial services, customer support, travel and hospitality, and retail organizations. Trusted by more than 60 enterprises, including Zoom, Chime, and multiple Fortune 500s.
