Being a techy I found it easy to implement and a single tool to record data that is reliable and actionable. We can use this tool for small surveys to big censuses which is a beauty in itself. **What do you dislike about CountBig?** The new user may find it a bit difficult to use initially but it becomes very easy once the user gets acquainted with it. **What problems is CountBig solving and how is that benefiting you?** CountBig helps in recording data and makes it easy to interpret large sets of data quickly. The field worker can record data in an offline mode which is an added advantage and collect, visualize data that drive impactful and informed decisions. It enables me to easily pull trends and patterns that are needed. **What do you dislike about CountBig?** Several features such as data analysis and report generation are not accessible if the program is offline. This can be a big issue especially when conducting field surveys in areas with poor network connectivity. **What problems is CountBig solving and how is that benefiting you?** CountBig has proved to save a lot of time in data collection and data analysis part for my team. We do not want something that is extremely complex, CountBig is scalable as well so a perfect choice **What do you dislike about CountBig?** It has a subscription fee, and there are other free tools also available providing similar features.
