I use COUNT to manage finances for my business and it does a good job. It makes it easy for me to understand the cash position of my business and reconcile all of my transactions. Managing my finances is super simple and easy thanks to its really nice intuitive user interface and smart automations that simplify the work. I like that it's a modern intuitive system that's easy to integrate with other systems. COUNT makes it easy to access all of my data through the open APIs and MCP service, allowing me to use modern technology to interact with my finances. It's really intuitive and easy to use, with all the features positioned where I expect them to be. The AI automation and auto-categorization of transactions on bank feeds is a simple way to handle data, ultimately saving me lots of time. I use COUNT for accounting for our junk removal company, and it's been super helpful. The team is great to work with, and whenever we have issues, they're pretty quick to respond. Working with COUNT has been phenomenal. It integrates well with our systems, and the learning curve has been relatively good considering learning new accounting software. It's made things much easier than working with larger companies where support is not nearly as good. The simplicity is what I like the most because, as a business owner with a lot of moving parts, it integrates well with our bookkeeping team and us in the field. The invoicing and estimates look really clean, and I especially like the public link feature for invoices and estimates. This is super helpful when clients have a hard time finding their invoices because they get sent to spam, allowing us to text them a link directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about COUNT? The main thing I talked to Chris about was implementing the ability to say we received a paper check before it actually gets matched to the bank transaction.
