## About CostAware
CostAware turns warehouse cost modelling from a two-week spreadsheet exercise into a guided workflow. Enter a customer's volumes - pallets, orders, lines, cartons - and it calculates the labour, equipment, space and overhead needed to serve them using activity-based costing. It generates a complete rate card with traceable per-unit rates, customer budgets, financial projections and a branded quote PDF. Choose activity-based, fixed-plus-activity or cost-plus pricing per line. Once a contract goes live the signed budget is frozen as a baseline. Record monthly actuals to track variance, catch margin drift early and re-baseline renewals from real data. Margo, the built-in AI analyst, reads customer RFPs straight into a draft quote and flags drift and under-billing on live contracts. Built for Australia: EBA wage modelling, shift penalties, statutory on-costs by state, and multi-site consolidated budgets.
