Corvid AI Digital Receptionist Reviews & Product Details

Corvid AI's Digital Receptionist is New Zealand's SMS-first AI receptionist for tradies and small businesses. When a call is missed, it texts the caller back within 60 seconds - in your business name - collecting their name, number, and reason for calling. You receive a qualified lead summary by text, ready to follow up. Unlike voice AI that answers with a robot voice, Corvid AI is SMS-first. Customers reply to a friendly text rather than speaking to an automated system - higher response rates, cleaner lead data, better experience. Works 24/7 including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Setup takes under an hour - no change to your existing number, no hardware, no technical experience required. Built for electricians, plumbers, builders, HVAC, solar installers, landscapers, roofers, hair stylists, cleaners, painters, real estate, and any NZ business that receives inbound calls. Two plans available: the Standard Plan is $99 to set up, then $99/month for your first 3 months, rising to $179/month after that. Or choose Pay As You Go - no setup fee, just $29/month plus $2.50 per conversation, with no cap. No contract on either plan - cancel anytime.
