Corvara HR Reviews & Product Details

Survey day. The surveyor asks for one employee's file. A training record from last spring is not in the folder, and a background screening came due two months ago on a date nobody had on a calendar. Corvara HR is HR compliance software for home health, hospice and behavioral health agencies. It covers the personnel side of a survey: the employee binder, credential and license tracking with reminder ladders that warn before anything lapses, background screenings and trainings tracked per employee and per requirement, e-signed policies and job descriptions, and hiring from the public application to the candidate file to the hire. A number computed the morning the surveyor arrives is a claim. A monthly snapshot frozen the day it was made is evidence. Corvara generates one every month, so what March said in March stays as March said it. Every view, change, download and signature is written to an append-only audit trail, kept seven years by default. Print file assembles the whole binder as one PDF. Built for CARF and Joint Commission survey readiness, with AES-256 encryption at rest and two-factor sign-in. From $25 per employee a month above a $250 monthly minimum, month to month. Running in 24 to 48 hours, with a person on the phone who knows your binder. Corvara HR is in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Free guides built from the current rule text, with a printable checklist, cover Florida home health personnel files under Rule 59A-8.0095, Florida Level 2 rescreening, Florida DCF 65D-30, New Jersey SUD personnel files under N.J.A.C. 8:111, and how often to check the OIG exclusion list: https://corvarahr.com/guides.
