What do you like best about Cortex Cloud?

I don't like anything about it. I do admire their sales team. How you can convince organizations to buy hot garbage at 3 star michelin restaurant prices is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cortex Cloud?

I have too large of a list but the ones that take the cake are:

-Huge number of false positives

-I spend more time figuring out false positives vs. fixing real issues

-The UI is just ugly to look at especially after the latest upgrade to the UI

-The reports are abysmal and not helpful for regulated spaces

-Alerts are difficult to configure and fine tune

-The limited support for GCP and other cloud environments re:rules/alerts

-Lack of comprehensive attacker or threat based models or views (other vendors excel)

-Support has got to be one of the worst in the industry

-Once you sign on the dotted line, you'll be forgotten until your renewal is up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
