
Everything is included in the monthly services agreement, no surprises. It's just one monthly invoice, competitively priced. Labor for laptop replacements? No extra charge. Special projects (which our previous MSP would have charged labor for, e.g. cloud-based backup platform deployment) are all included.
Cortavo's service desk team staff are extremely professional and show due diligence in either resolving the ticket, or engaging an engineer if help is needed. In cases where I've asked to raise priority on a particular request, they are happy to do so.
The initial onboarding process was smooth and transparent for our staff, and they gave us admin access to the various dashboards, such as ticketing system, which has paid off for both organizations.
We're a nationwide organization, and although Cortavo is located in Atlanta GA, they provide nationwide support during business covering all our time zones. Which is great for me, because I'm on the west coast. :)

There was a brief period last year when we experienced some hold times. Cortavo was already in the process of adding staff to their service desk and engineering teams, so that issue cleared up pretty quickly, and we were back to having our helpdesk calls answered right away again.
