When comparing, ask and evaluate what is NOT included in the service and what is charged separately. Cortavo has never over billed me and includes everything I expected in the fixed price amount. I have been surprised by other companies by the services that are not included in their monthly service fee. Cortavo is our company's managed service provider (MSP) and delivers IT support, hardware, security special IT project services, We are a small company of less than 50 and it makes sense for us to out source our IT. The cost is about 1/3 of a full time IT person, but with the capabilities of a small team of IT engineers, help desk and project managers. We have folks 5 time zones with varying needs.
