CorpIntake is a web-based new business intake (NBI) application tailored to your requirements, allowing you to reduce risk and increase revenue by automating your manual processes. Expedite the process of file opening for new and existing clients. CorpIntake automates data collection, conflict checking, and approval processes, and can be deployed both on-premise or on Azure cloud. CorpIntake is a client and matter intake application with the following features: 1. Data gathering with dynamic forms: electronically collect client, matter, and billing information when opening a new client / matter. 2. Integration to existing systems: the CorpIntake systems connector allows for easy integration to read or feed data. Integrate with your marketing database, document management system, or accounting system. 3. Conflict search and approval workflow: CorpIntake has business process management tools and a workflow engine that allows firms to automate specific processes for gathering matter / client information electronically, including posting them to search for conflicts and following up with lawyers to clear the conflict search results. 4. Auditing: all steps of the process including data gathering and conflicts resolution are logged and can be reviewed any time.
