What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

From start to finish, working with Coro has been a great experience. Their sales and support teams are highly responsive and proactive, ensuring we receive the support and service we need. Coro goes beyond just endpoint protection for our on-premises environment. It provides a geofence to monitor for unusual traffic from outside the country, provides user data governance, and email security for both our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments. What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

The main drawback, if you can call it that, is the inability to interact directly with the Bitdefender agent on local machines to schedule scans or manually scan files and folders without logging into the web console. "Security Software I Can Understand"

What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

The dashboard, reports, and ticket responses are all things that I can understand. The presence of the SOC is important since we only have three people in IT. and we are also teachers and have other jobs at the school. We are not always immediately available when there is a security incident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

I haven't found a good way to use the Access Permission Violations that are triggered when someone from outside the US accesses an account. Several of the students use VPNs, and there is a lot of foreign travel, so I get a lot of false alerts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need EDR for our cybersecurity insurance, and our previous solution was incomprehensible to me. Although it checked a box, it was not much help, especially considering the price. What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

I've been using Coro Cybersecurity for a couple of years and have been very pleased. Coro was simple and fast to implement to all user/devices in our company. Having a central view and being able to remotely resolve alerts is a HUGE time saver for my team, since we have locations in multiple metropolitan areas. We've learned a lot about user behavior and been able to resolve things proactively vs waiting for user reports of possible issues. I love the fact that it just works, it has a high level of success rate in capturing everything we want to block, and if sometimes it blocks something that wasn't supposed to be blocked then the dashboard makes it super simple to back in and either whitelist it, or restore it to the users mailbox. Coro installed on our employee laptops very easily and can be managed via their web portal. Their customer support is very responsive. I often get responses the same day I enter a ticket, and the resolution steps are present in the first email. Their support for Microsoft and Google logins is perfect for us as we slowly transition. I think for me the only true downside is not the product but the fact that I am the only technician for my company, so there is a lot for me to remember between all of my security suites. Coro Cybersecurity sits on each of my client machines and helps me protect my employees from themselves. You can train people to beware of phishing and viruses, but they are still fallible.
