Very easy to implement. **What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?** The response actions they give you after there is a detection are random and not helpful. Coro detects a potentially corporation destroying security incident, but then gives you "add tag" as the only response action. We are paying Coro for the privilege of admiring the problem but not doing anything about it. Coro is capable of doing all the response actions we need, they just lock the response actions behind an arbitrary wall. I am reminded of the sci-fi book "I have no mouth and I must scream" when I use Coro because I suffer through the impact of a security incident without the agency I should have, and my overlord chooses not to give the the agency needed to fix it. **What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need XDR for various compliance and cybersecurity needs, it does its job. Because of how the account was set up, it just made it more difficult and prompted me to submit a ticket as no FAQ information was available and seemed the process listed in the site did not cover my situation. We were neve properly onboarded and their client caused so many problems and they couldn't uninstall it. When it came time to upgrade to the latest client it wasn't pretty at all. Had to brute force uninstall the old one and then couldn't get the new on installed. We went several months without any endpoint protection. **What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solved the problem of not having a monitored EDR. As a rule, however, the agent should only need approximately 1.5GB of disk space and consume approximately 400MB of RAM. During scanning, memory usage should be expected to increase. Having said that, we take your feedback seriously and are dedicated to leaving as light a footprint as possible and will continue to work on improving agent performance for sure. ### 40. You get summaries on endpoint malware detection, possible email phishing activity, possible data privacy issues. You also get a daily summary email notification of how your organization is doing. Setup was easy and endpoint deployment was also easy. Very unobrtusive on the client side as the scans are done in the background. **What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?** Our endpoints use the same device names and we use serial numbers to differentiate between them in an MDM. Coro tags devices by device name currently so it's hard at the moment to identify which endpoint exactly is an issue tagged to. There is no monthly or periodic report per site on issues found at the moment. There was one version that would not run an auto update. We had to re-install the client app to move to the newest version.
