Coronet sends me nightly reports which allow me to educate users. Coronet has also assisted me in determining attempted breaches via phishing and can alert me right away and weekly as needed. I absolutely love the customer service they provide which is refreshing as too many companies push out their software, show it off and get companies to purchase then ditch them after initial setup. With a small team it's great to know I can get questions answered and they take time often to virtually meet on camera to go over your account. **What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?** The dashboard is a bit on the simple end which is good, but limited understanding of what you see leading to improper use or no use at all. I really wish I could see more of how the AI determines things and acts. I won't mention the product that does it the way that is very cool but hopes to see Coronet implement a better interface soon so we can see more of what's going during each decision the AI makes. I do hear a UI refresh is coming soon so I'm excited to see what they have planned. **Recommendations to others considering Coro Cybersecurity:** If you are looking to gain entry into protecting your Office 365 environment, Coronet is a great place to start. **What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coronet solves the issue of not being able to see everything coming in and out of office 365. protecting my users by automatically foldering and deleting phishing emails is a great help to keep the typical happy clickers from giving us a bad day. Alerting me and my team of attempted login attempts from outside the USA is a huge bonus. The reporting helps keep us in the know about how our users are sending information out via email, Onedrive, Teams and SharePoint. ### 26.
