What do you like best about Cormant-CS?

Easy to use, can keep track of all your cabling records in one location. Can also have floor maps and also easy to trace when going to large sites to be able to find out what is connected to what. has excellent way of generating reports that can be placed into other areas for capacity and availability reporting. Like the idea can be used for centralized access for all sites. Easy to use and read and like the GUI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cormant-CS?

doesnt have live-data feeds. Would be excellent if this could be implemented with SNMP or LLDP which can discover assets and also update them with relevant new information. Also, the cost of the product is costly and the scanner guns they have are old. Should develop some kind of IOS or Android application to be able to use whilst in data centers. also the sync issue is a bit of a hassle as it needs to be fully connected to sync properly of all your data across sites. What problems is Cormant-CS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving cable records, finding out what connections are required, testing of connections as well as easily identify root cause issues for major bottlenecks in networks. Helps also with visiblity and is very scalable. Like how the graphics are utilised for data centre racks and like how they can also add cable types and lengeths. Very handy when you are looking for some type of connection and can trace it within minutes saving time and money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cormant-CS?

Processing large amounts of data is easy. Pricing is extremely reasonable as they are offering so much features (i.e. Data Security, Data Management, Data Mapping, Connectivity Management, Multi-Platform, Device Auto Discovery).Perfect integration into existing frameworks and cycles. What do you dislike about Cormant-CS?

Some tools should be upgraded to LDAP user authentication in coming distributions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cormant-CS solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows for basic insight through scripting into PDU / UPS utilization but does not integrate deeply into HVAC and power infrastructure-like products that are designed to manage those systems.
